Located in Kissimmee, in the Bella Vida Resort condominium, just 11 km from the Disney park complex and 23 km from the Universal complex, less than 0.7 km from Walmart, with easy access to all the attractions, restaurants, shopping malls, and golf courses in the Orlando area!

This home is the perfect place to relax or extend your fun after a full day at a theme park, on the golf course, or shopping.

The open-concept floor plan (first floor) lets everyone stay together, whether you’re watching TV or preparing some delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen.
You can relax in your own private pool and show everyone what a talented chef you are by cooking poolside.
The pool is not heated.

First floor:

Bedroom 1, queen bed (shared bathroom 1 with living room), living room, kitchen

2nd floor: Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4. Bathroom 2 is shared between bedrooms 3 and 4. There is also a towel closet

The property has central air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
There is a laundry area with a washer and dryer on the first floor, equipped with an ironing board and iron
Parking is available right in front of the house, with easy access, but street parking is not permitted.

CLEANING SERVICE: Daily cleaning service is not included in the rental rate.
Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be provided in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services are currently unavailable.

CHECK-OUT SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small bottle of dish soap, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar of soap, 1 bottle of shampoo, 1 bottle of conditioner, 1 roll of toilet paper. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to pick up any additional items you may need during your stay.

GARBAGE COLLECTION: There is a valet trash pickup service five times a week, with exceptions on certain holidays. Place trash in 13-gallon trash bags and put the bags inside the trash bins (bench) outside the front door. Any extra trash bags must be taken to the compactor chute located near the trash area. If you leave trash in an inappropriate place, you may find wild animals rummaging through and scattering it.

Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

Self-check-in-in via electronic key fob / keypad.
The entire house is available for guests’ use.

Please be aware that there is no street parking. This is a matter of public safety and complies with the City of Kissimmee Fire Code. Vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. To avoid possible towing, please park in the designated spaces.
