Absolutamente casa de estudio querida ubicado a pocas cuadras de las famosas playas y el pueblo de La Jolla. A pie de todo lo que La Jolla tiene para ofrecer - maravillosas tiendas en el pueblo, grandes y acogedores restaurantes, o famosa playa Windansea a ver a los surfistas locales. Caminar o andar en sus bicicletas a pocas cuadras de las mejores playas.

Manténgase en nuestra casa de campo construida para 2, y disfrutar de una cómoda cama de matrimonio, muebles modernos, mesa de comedor, un pequeño escritorio, televisión por cable, Wi-Fi, y un patio tranquilo y patio tropical con hamacas.
Hemos suministrado sillas de playa, cruceros de playa y toallas ... ¡todo lo que necesita para pasar el día en la playa!

Very nice cottage - Great area

Wonderful time staying st Dolores' cottage. Was just what we wanted. Very clean and the bed was soooo comfy! Hope to have a chance to come back again some time in the not-too-distant future.

Nice place

Great little cottage. We had a lot of fun. Basically the only downside was that there was no AC and the fans are too weak to cool the place down. Other than that it was amazing and I would recommend it go my friends

Perfect spot in a great location!

This was perfect for my month long stay in La Jolla. Everything was as advertised and Dolores was a very generous and pleasant landlord! I felt very at home and comfortable here and I highly recommend this rental! Dolores was kind enough to restock my towels and linens and even had maids clean the place at no extra cost. You can walk to local coffee shops and restaurants in La Jolla and you're just about 1/5 mile from the beautiful Pacific! Thank you for everything Dolores!

Wonderful clean and private little cottage!

This truly was a wonderful experience for us! Very private and clean. Fresh linens and a very comfortable bed. A lovely little sitting area outside with lush landscaping. Everything you would need inside including a fridge, a coffee pot and even a french press for the true coffee devotees. Nice art books to look at as well as a detailed notebook with great dining suggestions and maps. The beach is a lovely short walk! Wonderful homes to admire along the way. Chairs and boards for the beach are available as well. I highly recommend and the owner is very warm and nice! We will surely be back. Great reasonable rate too! This stay was effortless to book and we got our deposit back right away. Thank you for such a great experience!!!

Wonderful Escape from Midwest Winter

We couldn't have hoped for anything more! The cottage was perfectly set up for our sunshine week and ideally located for morning (and afternoon) bike runs to Pannikin Coffee to hang out with the locals. Day 1: We walked to the weekly Farmers' Market and stocked up on local oranges, avocados, chips and dips to sustain us in between taco excursions to Don Carlos, the Taco Stand, and Don Bravos in Bird Rock. Day 2-7: We explored the Village and the coast on the bike cruisers provided. Since we came without a car, this made everything so easy and accessible (no hassles about parking, traffic, etc.). We just got up in the morning and went where the day took us: Bird Rock, house and surfer gazing in LaJolla and Windandsea, ocean views on the coast walk to LaJolla Shores and Scripps, gallery hopping in the village, and spring break people watching and vintage store shopping in Pacific Beach. Don't miss the Promiscuous Fork just blocks away for yummy eat-in or carry-out deliciousness. Our host provided everything we needed, while somehow being completely invisible, from beach towels, cooler, boogie boards, beach chairs, bikes, and even a surfboard. I discovered I over packed! Just bring your shades and come on out! We'll be back as soon as we can.

Perfect cottage

This cute cottage is in a perfect location--walking distance to breakfast and dinner choices, a short walk to the water to drink coffee and watch the waves. Also a short drive to San Diego attractions. Dolores is a great host and we hope to stay again. Christine and Andrew

La Jolla Studio Sweetheart of Retreat

My husband and I absolutely loved staying in this quaint studio centrally located in La Jolla! We ran only 2 blocks to be right along the awesome coastline including LaJolla cove! We stayed four nights over New Year’s Eve. The restaurant recommendations were fantastic and we frequented The Taco Stand, Bernini’s Bistro and Sammy’s. All were wonderful and close in location to the studio. We fell in love with La Jolla and are already planning our next vacation back!

Very private, beach bunglaow, perfect for 2!

We had a lovely long weekend in La Jolla and enjoyed Dolores' property immensely! It's very private, nestled in a quiet La Jolla neighborhood. Very walked to all the restaurants, the grocery store (Vons) and Windansea Beach, which was DELIGHTFUL. Also walked to Little Point Beach, where we caught the surfers at sunset. Already planning our return stay to La Jolla with our littles!

Cute cottage in beautiful location

This is such a great place to stay if you want to be close to good food and the beach! I loved that all the plants outside kept the area private and the neighborhood is quiet. Best thing for me is that it has a little kitchen and fridge. She also has little amenities like a few cooking spices and plastic utensils if you happen to be headed out with food in tow (also has dishes and cooking equipment if you’re staying in or heating up left overs). The host is quick to respond and has been so helpful, especially since I left something there and I don’t live in the area. It was such a cute comfortable spot and would definitely stay again :) Thanks Dolores!

Sweet little cottage.

Dolores had everything set for an enjoyable stay. It was homey, had everything needed. The shower was newly tiled and had great hot water. The Starbucks coffee and French press was so nice to have too. Thanks.

Wonderful little casita in a great neighborhood. Getting to the beach was so easy, and property provided beach chairs and towels. We walked to great food and drink and drove short distances to even more. Highly recommend this affordable getaway.

Perfect location

The location can't be beat! An easy walk to coffee, breakfast and most importantly, the beach! We didn't get to take the bikes for a spin, so I guess we will have to come back!

Great little spot!

We stayed at this cute little cottage for three nights while in town for a wedding. As some reviewers pointed out, the photos don’t do the property justice. It’s attractively decorated and in the most pleasant little back yard on a quiet street. It’s incredibly well-equipped down to a little cooler to take to the beach on the beach cruisers. Would highly recommend a stay here for a couple!

Neat La Jolla Cottage

Clean, quiet, secluded behind main house - all good to describe our stay in this little jewel of a place!! Close to everything in La Jolla! It did get hot w/out a/c. A couple of good ceiling fans would be great! Otherwise a wonderful little hideaway to stay! We will definitely be back! Thanks D!

I hate to say too much good about the property because I don't want people to flock there -- out of self protection for me to be able to book for later! It was like a tropical paradise, in walking distance to LaJolla. The bus #30 goes very near and we decided not to rent a car, taking easy transit from the airport and all over La Jolla!. The new heater worked well, the deck was fabulous for relaxing and listening to birds and trying to spot the hummingbirds as they whizzed by. Safe, secure, private, tasteful and simple.
