This house includes 60 feet of dock space to park your watercraft with easy access to the Gulf. There is no additional charge for using the dock space. There is space under the house that can accommodate parking for most boat trailers. This house has a 10,000 lb boat lift that can accommodate most V hull and flat bottom boats. Shore power and water is included.

A 4-person electric golf cart is also included at no additional cost.

This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Owners are highly allergic to dogs. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
