Inside this 1,240 sq. ft. home, enjoy a comfortable living area with a 55” Fire TV, a 43” TV in the primary suite, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for everyday cooking. High-speed 500 Mbps Wi-Fi and electricity are included for a seamless extended stay. The home also features an in-unit washer and dryer, private driveway parking, keyless entry, and outdoor security cameras for peace of mind.
Climate control is managed via smart thermostat (cooling: 73–81°F; heating: 65–75°F). The fireplace is decorative only. Stays beyond 30 days may require a background check & Short-Term lease agreement signed within 24-72 hours of booking to avoid the potential cancelation of the reservation.
