Located on the gorgeous Whidbey Island, which is only 20-min away (by ferry) from Seattle, this unit is beautifully furnished, featuring 2 bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds), 1 newly remodeled bathroom, a kitchenette, and a lot of modern living space ( a sofa bed is also available in the living room). Hot tub, plus a game room with pool table, basketball machine, and foosball are created for your entertainment!

**The house has another unit upstairs, which is not included in this listing.

This house features 2 bedrooms with 1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds, 1 newly remodeled full bathroom, providing enough space for families and groups. This house also has a kitchenette with everything you need for preparing fresh meals. New appliances, smart home devices are also equipped in this house for better stay experience.

Bedroom 1: two queen size beds, sleep up to 4 guests
Bedroom 2: one king size bed, sleep up to 2 guests
Living room: sofa bed, sleep up to 2 guests

You will have access to the 1st floor of the house since 2nd floor is a separate unit, which is NOT included in this listing.

You will also have access to the hot tub, and the garage, which is the game room.

1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】
We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb's policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.

2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Whidbey Island experience.

3.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.

4.【NO ANIMAL】
Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly, including service animals, because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs and we have exemption from Airbnb. Please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

5. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.

6. 【Hot Tub Instruction】
You will find the instructions of how to change hot tub setting on the sliding door next to the hot tub. In addition to that, here are a couple of important notes:
- NO makeup/lotions/oils
- You must shower before use
- Please cover after each use

7.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.

8.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.

9.【NO late check-out】
Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.

10. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
