A peaceful haven close to everything, boasting a brand new saltwater hot tub on our expansive deck! Perfectly situated near Spencer & 20 minutes away from Okoboji, our 3 bedroom/2 bath home offers an unparalleled escape. Perfect for a family getaway or vacation with friends. Make unforgettable memories in our beautiful home complete with everything you need.
For hunters, we have an outdoor kennel with a heat lamp, straw bedding and a dog house big enough for 2 dogs. They can also stay in the garage in your own kennels if you prefer.
There is plenty of space to park your boat! In the summer, we have a camper on the property for rent if you need more room.

Tim and Christine have a beautiful property, The moment you enter the front door it feels like a home away from home. Its Warm, welcoming and They even stocked the fridge with eggs and other goodies. Highly recommend! If i could give it 6 stars i would.

We had a very wonderful day. Christine was an excellent host and a communicated with her both by phone and text and she was extremely accommodating and everything. The beds were very comfortable in the house was extremely clean and well kept. Did get to enjoy the hot tub which was wonderful even though the weather was extremely cold while we were there. Hope to stay there again in the future. And would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Spencer area.

The only reason we did not give this Property a five is because of the shower situations. One of the people that stayed there has back issues and was unable to get into the main floor bathtub and navigating the steps to get to the other bathroom was very difficult. The upstairs bathroom shower was extremely small.We have stayed at several rental homes, and this host was exceptional! There were things in the house that most people don’t think about that really made us feel at home. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

We are both from Iowa, but now live in Omaha. We love coming to this home to get away from the big city and enjoy the solitude of this home. We rescue beagles and have several of our own. I love yoga and my husband loves anything outdoors - hunting, fishing and gardening. We plan to retire to this home because we love the area.

We are close to everything, but in a more secluded area with a large yard and privacy. Our saltwater hot tub is a great way to unwind after a long day.
