I am a father of 3 boys (28,26,17), a husband of 9 years to my wife Kathy, and parent to our puppy, Maggie. Our primary residence is Oshkosh, WI. I am a software architect, competitive power lifter, an avid fisherman and bow hunter.
I love being a vacation host because I personally love traveling, and I know the things that I miss when I am staying in somebody else's rental. I really work hard to make sure that you feel like you are home away from home when you stay with us. Connecting with guests is probably my favorite part of the process. Learning where people are from, why they are traveling, and their expectations for their trip. I never thought I would like the hospitality side of things, as I am semi-introverted, but doing this has really helped me come out of my shell, and meet people from all walks of life.

What I love most about this area is the proximity to everything in Myrtle Beach/ North Myrtle Beach. From golf courses, to restaurants, to shopping, to of course, the beach, we are within minutes of all of those things.
I also enjoy how quiet it is at this property. The nights are relaxing, and noise very minimal.

The biggest thing about this property that makes it unique is how it feels so much larger than it is. At about 1000 square feet, you always feel that each room gives you a ample amount of space.
With this vacation rental space so competitive in this area, we really try and focus on the details that can set us apart. Cleanliness is paramount to everything else. When you walk into our property we want all your senses to feel that you are walking into a clean, pleasant smelling, warm and welcoming home. I truly believe that first impressions are so important when providing value to guests.
I think the amenities we provide are also unique. We provide all the beach equipment you would need for a great day at the beach. If you are a golfer, we have both a left handed and a right handed set of golf clubs, in case you don't want to have to fly with your golf clubs, and don't want to rent them at the course. We have all the toiletries that you would need. We provide laundry facilities and detergent at no extra cost.
When you go on vacation you should only have to worry about the things you want to do, and not about your home away from home. That's my job.
