Bring the whole family with lots of room to unwind. Our beautiful home features 3 bedrooms designed with your comfort in mind. Open-concept living space w/ natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Relax in the cozy living room or gather upstairs in the second floor loft!
Spacious kitchen w/ breakfast bar allows you to enjoy time with loved ones.
Conveniently located, with easy access to local attractions like spas, sportplex, shops, and delicious dining.
Entire exclusive use of Upper Unit of Home. Separated unit in basement.
The house features heating and AC, ensuring a comfortable stay. The 2 full bathrooms are equipped with showers for convenience. Enjoy your time in our delightful city of Woodstock, we hope you'll enjoy your stay at " Maries Place ".
Heres some additional info!
We have two couches upstairs in the loft and a very large comfy couch downstairs. The loft space is quite large enough to accommodate a blow up mattress. If you have a larger party our space can definitely accommodate 7 or even 8 folks, just ask, and we can make sure you have what you need to enjoy the space!
The main and upper floors are for your private use and enjoyment. You can enjoy (shared) use of the backyard in warmer months, and have private use of a small balcony off of the living room if you’d like to enjoy some fresh air!
There is a completely separate private basement unit. This friendly neighbour also assists with maintenance, like cleaning turnovers and gardening (we have a veggie and herb garden in the backyard during warmer months), providing extra blankets or any other requests that may arise during your stay. Feel free to say “hello”, and know we are here to quickly respond to any of your needs or concerns.
Guests have main and upper floor for entire use of space, not shared, as seen in photos with main door entrance using your entry code smart lock.
We have a great response rate, but, there may be times when it takes a couple of minutes to respond (I’m a working mommy of 3 littles so I can not always answer a call on your first ring).
The best way to reach me is via message in the app, or feel free to send me a direct text message. I’m pretty quick to respond!
The kitchen is equipped with a few items for your convenience, pots, pans, cooking utensils, salt and pepper. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking you may want to bring your own supplies, but touch base with us! We may have what you need already there.
There is no dishwasher/no use of dishwasher. Please wash your used dishes by the end of your stay. (Unfortunately we’ve had ongoing trouble with the dishwasher getting clogged and overflowing, we even installed a new one. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we’ve decided this is best for everyone to enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay and avoids property damage).
Also there are two free parking spaces available for guests. Please park Tandem (one in front of the other), on the right side closest to the grass.
Guests will check in with an entry code which is provided close to your check in time of 4pm. When the unit is vacant and cleaned for your stay, we set a private individual pass code for your privacy and peace of mind.
There is a bin in the linen closet for your dirty towels and a basket provided in the main bedroom if you need for laundry or dirty clothes.
