How to Access the Owner`s Club:
Proximity cards are provided in all Galena Territory homes. Some homes may not have enough cards for the whole group—additional guest passes can be purchased for $5/day at the GTA admin office. Parking passes are required at the GTA Owners Club and Lake Galena Marina and can also be picked up at the admin office.
House Rules:

•No events, parties, or large gatherings
•Must be at least 25 years old to book
•You must submit ID within 48 hours of booking.
•Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Triad Vacation Rentals

Additional Information:
• This 3-story house has 20 exterior steps leading to the main level.
• Two lower-level bedrooms and a bathroom can be accessed stair-free from the rear entrance.
• Pets are welcome with a fee.
