La Playita is a compfortable space to host several couples, an entire family or groups of friends.
There is a beautiful new pool, remodeled kitchen, strong WiFi and several amazing surf spots a short drive away .
Located in San Jose Del Cabo, this delightful house is a dream. AC units and fans are there to keep you cool in the hot months . ( In addition black out curtains for cooling ).With 4 bedrooms including 3 queen beds, 1 king bed, and 2 sofa beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Fall in love with San Jose Del Cabo and enjoy the magic it has to offer.
"The Main Casa "house has a remodeled kitchen , large great room, a queen sofa sleeper,huge deck with ocean views & BBQ, two large bedrooms , jack n jill bathroom.
Downstairs next to the pool and patio is our" studio casa." A beautiful, sunny room with a king bed, kitchenette bathroom and dining table, Ask to book " EL SOL "
The 4th bedroom is actually a separate Casita with a queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, small kitchen and bathroom plus a private patio area and outdoor sitting space , along with a BBQ. Ask to book " La Luna "
The property has expansive cactus gardens, a pool with lounges, an outdoor fire pit & seating area , an outdoor palapa with dining underneath, a large dining table under a pergola with ocean views.
A nice restaurant walking distance ."Zacks " has a large menu offering a variety of meals, appetizers and drinks . There is also charming coffee shop walking distance, this outdoor space is so cute, bring a book and relax there for the morning ! The beach is within walking distance. You'll often see donkeys cruising the dirt roads to guide you if you get lost .
La Playita is A short drive to world class surfing, Playa Zacatitos ( steps away) Shipwrecks, La Fortuna, 9 Palms, Punta Perfecta to name just a few. The sunsets are magical.
You'll love being off the beaten path of the downtown.
The grocery store is a short 20 min to town , along with pharmacies , activity guides , boat and fishing tours and rentals , horse back riding , cooking classes and snorkle trips .
Each Thursady afternoon/evening there is Art In The Plaza .
If your feeling adventurous, Todos Santos is an amazing day trip as well as La Paz. There are diving , snorkle and food tours . Enjoy a locals taco tour in San Jose del Cabo. Cooking classes, yoga classes as well as local Temescal .
The East Cape is incredible, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

We chose this area in Zacatitos because of the peaceful and remote feeling you get while being almost off the grid, walking distance to great surf and beautiful beaches. The surrounding mountains offer the most incredible sunsets Ive ever seen. The quaint town of San Jose del Cabo is a short 20 min drive. This charming town, with cobble stone streets lined with colorful flags has so many amazing places to dine its incredible. The food down here on the East Cape of Mexico is a 10.

Our property has 3 separate units .
There is the Main house which is an upper unit of two bedrooms , a jack and jill bathroom, a great room with a newly remodeled kitchen and Island ( no picturs yet...under construction until mid Oct. ) and a patio with a pergola for shade , dining table, BBQ, and an Ocean View. The living room is connected to the open plan kitchen and has large windows allowing tons of natural light , a sofa sleeper and a TV.
The Casa underneath the main unit has its own separate entrance. It is a studio with its own bathroom and kitchen. The room is large, full of natural light & opend directly to the patio and pool area.
This has a king size bed and TV as well.
The 3d unit stands alone & is called The Casita . This is a one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, TV and private patio , BBQ & surrounded by the vast gardens . Steps away from the pool area , but also very private .
