Experience all that Columbus, GA has to offer in this centrally located, spacious, and modern gem! Minutes to EVERYTHING — Ft. Moore/Downtown Columbus/the famous River Walk (12 mins), and to Columbus State University, the airport, mall, restaurants, and more (10-15 mins)!

The neighborhood is safe, mostly consisting of retired or active duty military. The apartment is a corner unit, giving you the privacy and peace you and your family deserve!

Guests will have access to the entire suite, including the bedroom with a comfortable king bed, the living area with a couch, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, and the balcony. Enjoy your stay and make yourself at home!

During your stay, we manage the entire complex and are located on-site from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. If you need assistance during these hours, we`re just a call away. However, if you have questions or require assistance outside of these hours, you can easily reach us through Airbnb messages, and we`ll do our best to respond promptly. Our Airbnb support hours are from 9 AM to 11 PM, ensuring you have support throughout your stay. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, so please don`t hesitate to get in touch if you need anything.

Southeast Columbus sits between Midtown Columbus and Fort Benning. This diverse, quiet and ever-changing community is mostly residential space. Sprawling suburbs with quaint homes and vibrant landscaping make for a fruitful rental environment.

The apartment is located in the southeast part of Columbus and is within minutes to the majority of restaurants, supermarkets and Fort Moore base which is only 12-15 minutes away.

Before booking, please note that this is a cozy, comfortable suite in a quiet neighborhood. While we strive to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay, please be aware that we offer simple, clean accommodations without extravagant amenities. It`s perfect if you`re looking for a peaceful place to rest and recharge during your visit to Columbus, Georgia. If you have any specific questions or requests, feel free to reach out to us. Please note, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. For non-Airbnb bookings, a credit card hold is required as a deposit, which will be automatically released after your stay, provided no damages occur.

Early check-ins before 4 PM require host approval. A confirmed booking does not guarantee early access — please message us to request and check availability.
EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early.

LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights` stay at the listing`s full price.

UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: The only guests allowed in the apartment are the guests that you checked with initially, that are listed on the Airbnb booking. Any guests that are NOT listed on this booking when checking in initially are not allowed and will cause a violation of the house rules.

PACKAGES We do not allow guests to order or mail packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the office and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.

MAINTENANCE Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general `fix-it` requests. We ask that all of our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team`s schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the `non-emergency maintenance category and won`t be completed until they`ve addressed any emergency requests around the property first.

PETS We do not allow pets, there is a fine of $200 if there is any urine, fecal matter, or vomit or stains in the apartment

KEYS If a key fob is not returned and/or damaged, the following fee will occur: $25 USD for a new key

PARTIES There is a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property or the neighbors, disrespect the Portero`s or building staff, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200 USD

CLEANING Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100 USD.
