Our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner unit is one of the largest units on our floor, giving you all the room you need to relax and feel at home. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, you’ll love the comfort, privacy, and welcoming vibe this suite offers.

Enjoy plenty of space and comfort during your stay! Both bedrooms feature a cozy king-size bed with 12-inch memory foam mattress. Plus, the living room has a sleeper sofa that easily converts into a queen bed — perfect for extra guests!

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with all the essential appliances to help you feel right at home, including an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and baking, from pots and pans to plates, bowls, cups, mugs, and all the necessary utensils. You’ll also find convenient small appliances such as a toaster, blender, kettle, rice cooker, coffee maker and a Keurig for your morning brew.

AMENITIES:
The amenities included in your stay are truly unmatched. This brand-new building offers state-of-the-art features such as a library, entertainment hall, game area, TV rooms, and a fully equipped gym—all accessible with your personalized code.

LAUNDRY:
Enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer in the unit, with Tide laundry detergent pods provided for your convenience.

PARKING:
The parking lot is located just in front of the building. Your stay includes one (1) parking space for your convenience. Guests requiring an additional parking pass may request one in advance for free.

ACCESS:
You will be provided with a unique access code for your stay. Your safety is our top priority, just as it is for the building. This personal code is fully secured and allows you to access the lobby, your unit, and all amenities. Your code will remain active from your check-in time until your check-out time. Check-in begins anytime after 3:00 PM on your arrival date

1. To ensure everyone`s comfort and comply with regulations, the maximum occupancy for this unit is limited to 6 guests. For safety and security purposes, unregistered guests are not permitted to stay in the unit.
2. Smoking, vaping, and drugs are not permitted inside the unit or on the property.
3. To respect other residents in the building, loud noise, music, events, or parties are strictly prohibited at all times during your stay. (Quiet hours are from 9PM – 7AM.)
4. Strictly no pets allowed.
5. Report any damages and incidents immediately.
