Built in 2024, TheJET is a private mini-house with full kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and a mezzanine that sleeps up to four. Sliding glass doors open to a spectacular 180-degree city view.

Guests enjoy a private viewing platform and garden with sun loungers, hammock, and barbecue — perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The space
TheJET is a meticulously crafted private residence, blending concrete, glass, and wood to create a harmonious living space. Surrounded by a generous outdoor viewing platform, it offers long sunny days and breathtaking views of Oslo.

Inside, the house features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a wine cooler. The living area is thoughtfully designed with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a bathroom. In addition to the 30 square meters of living space, the mezzanine provides extra sleeping accommodations for up to four guests, with a king-size bed and two single beds, while a queen-size sofa bed on the main level offers further accommodation.

The outdoor viewing platform extends over 60 square meters, offering ample space to relax and enjoy the scenery.

TheJET is centrally located in Ekeberg, just a 10-minute walk from the city center or a 5-minute bus ride away.
Guest access
TheJET is a separate building situated on its own observation platform with a unique view of Oslo. The tenant has private access, ensuring exclusivity and privacy. It offers a private sanctuary within the heart of the city.
Other things to note
TheJET provides you with private access to a concrete observation platform equipped with sun loungers, benches, and hammocks where you can relax and enjoy life. The place is designed to give you time to unwind and enjoy life, and instead of a TV, TheJET is equipped with an iPad at your disposal while you are our guest. There is also an outdoor fireplace, allowing you to sit outside in the evening and enjoy the warmth and the view.
