The host was very accommodating with an early check-in and had excellent communication. In fact, the host wants constructive feedback on how to continue to improve the space. Some of the improvements they have made to the space are great, like the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity. Others, as I understand, are coming with time. For us, the most important factor was affordability and walking distance to Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

This guest was an absolute pleasure to host! Communication was great from start to finish—clear, timely, and respectful—which made the entire stay seamless. They brought such positive energy and were very considerate of the home and house rules. The property was left in great condition, and the experience overall was smooth and stress-free. The apartment is nice, however upon arrival there was 2 roaches in the apartment and one of them were huge. The towels and rags were still wet but I’m assuming it was the cleaner that folded them while they were wet. Leaving them on the bed, left the sheets damp. We had to take the sheets off and dry them as well as the towels.
