The space

Entering from the front, the welcoming great room and dining area are to the right, and the fully stocked and beautifully renovated kitchen to the left. Down the hall you'll find a 3/4 bathroom and three well-equipped and comfortable main level bedrooms, each with cozy cotton bedding, a closet, charging stations, and room darkening shades/ curtains. Bedroom 1 also has a work area with a desk.

In the basement you'll find a welcoming family room with tv, another work zone, and a fourth bedroom with attached 1/2 bathroom. Laundry and the many kid/ baby items are also in the basement (we strive to make traveling with kids as easy as possible!).

While the house is lovely, the outdoor space is what sets this property apart in the warmer weather! The kitchen walks out to a deck with a grill, and opens up to the fully fenced backyard which features a large gravel patio with fire pit and ample seating - the best spot for drinks or roasting marshmallows! Whether you're up for tossing a frisbee or just relaxing in the hammock, there is plenty to do and lots of space to spread out (even a playhouse with a sandpit for the kids!). If you hit a rainy day, its no problem! The garage game room with arcade game, foosball, and large tv is perfect for occupying kids or watching a game.
The game room and furnishings are available May 15 -October 1 (we extend earlier/ later pending the weather!). Truly a spectacular outdoor space in the warmer months!

Of course, cars and boats can be parked in the long driveway or in the single stall garage.

Full access to entire house with the exception of a locked storage & utility closet.


Other things to note

1. Although this is a residential area, various animals can be found intermittently on property including but not limited to frogs, snakes & bats. Harmless bugs such as box elder bugs, lady beetles and stink bugs occasionally make their way into the house, depending on the season and weather.

2. NO fires in main level wood burning fireplace per homeowners insurance.

3. There is a soffit in a small part of the basement, just FYI in case you are very tall!

4. We have a security cameras at exterior entryways for security purposes when the property is vacant.

5. Parents with small kids: Lots of baby & kid items available. We do have a stairway to basement without a door and would recommend putting gates on the adjacent walls, NOT at the top of the stairs directly
