• No glass in or near the hot tub
• Enter and exit carefully — surfaces may be slippery

Use of the sauna is entirely at your own risk. All Is Well Resort assumes no liability for injury, illness, or accident arising from sauna use.

Please be aware:

• Do not use if pregnant, elderly, or if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, or any condition affected by heat
• Do not use while under the influence of alcohol, medications, or drugs
• Hydrate well before and after use
• Limit sessions to 15–20 minutes; exit immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, nauseous, or unwell
• Allow your body to cool down fully before re-entering
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
• Do not pour excessive water on heated rocks — steam burns are serious
• No glass inside the sauna
• Sit on a towel at all times for hygiene
