➤ For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement in accordance with local regulations. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in

➤The floor mattress intended for the 5th sleeping arrangement can be pulled into the game room for privacy, but otherwise it's in an open area of the home.

➤ LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS
Bookings made within 48–72 hours have a standard check-in time of 7 PM. If you need earlier check-in (like 4 PM), let us know ASAP and we’ll try to accommodate.

➤ STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide basic starter supplies (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) to get you through the first day or two. Please plan for anything else you might need.
