Disfrute el apartamento, magníficamente restaurado y espacioso - Casa Brunello di Montalcino -en el edificio del siglo 17 con algunas bonitas piezas originales, combinando la tradicional mirada campiña toscana con muebles modernos de alta calidad y diseño. Desde la terraza de 30 metros cuadrados se puede disfrutar en una de las mejores vistas de la ciudad y el espectacular Crete Senesi, así como la protegida por la UNESCO Val d'Orcia. El apartamento de 200 metros cuadrados en dos plantas cuenta con tres amplios dormitorios con mucho espacio de armario, dos baños grandes, y viene con una cocina de diseño totalmente equipada. Hay televisores inteligentes en todos los dormitorios y una sala de estar con chimenea, un gran televisor y cómodos sofás reclinables. El apartamento está equipado con un avanzado sistema de humedad durante todo el año y el control de la temperatura y utiliza un sistema basado en el suelo para la calefacción y la refrigeración. No hay aire acondicionado feas o ruidosas o radiadores para ser visto en el apartamento!

Super location and views

Wonderful stay!

We just stayed at the apartment this past month and had a wonderful time. The apartment is totally remodeled and is right in the center of the beautiful hill town. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to enjoy the view after our days of touring wineries and neighboring towns.

What a great stay in the quaint town of Montalcino! Lars thought of everything, including a comprehensive wine study for guests, and tons of recommendations. The hosts’s assistant, Mauro, was outstanding as well. Great stay!

Perfect Tuscany Wine Country stay with friends

The property was amazing for our group of 6 (3 couples). Great finish, very clean with good facilities (great roof terrace with bbq and amazing views. Host was most helpful with lots of tips on where to wine and dine. Check-in was very easy and the local guide was most helpful.

Best things about this place.We had excellent communication with Lars, the owner. Mauro, the manager is super efficient and very pleasant. The apartment is well equipped, with wonderful old tuscan charm, comfortable beds and amazing terrace overlooking Montalcino. The town itself is lovely and not very busy with tourists, with many good restaurants, shops and wine stores. It is on our list to come back to.

Absolutely Amazing Apartment

This was the most beautiful apartment that made the stay in Montalcino so extraordinary. The view are incredible, the kitchen is well stocked, and the communication with Lars and Mauro was terrific. It was very hard to leave. Can't wait to stay here again!

This apartment is just great. Spacious, clean and cool. Absolute highlight is the terrace on the top floor, from which great views on the surrounding valleys. Groceries, coffee, snacks just a few steps away.

Exceeded All Expectations

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The property is awesome and presented in perfect condition. The on-site coordinator is amazing. We fell in love with Montalcino and the location of the apartment is close to everything in town. Treat yourself to sunrise overlooking the value from the amazing deck. This was the best VRBO experience we have ever had.

Great Location

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Montalcino. The apartment if fully equipped with everything you may need. Beds were comfortable, showers were great, and the property manager Mauro was amazing!!! He made sure we new how everything in the apartment functioned and was easy to communicate with. I would defined come back and stay here.

Most enjoyable! Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Clean and well taken care of.

Mauro was attentive and gave wonderful instructions for the apartment. We hired a chef, Tuscan Chef Alessandro, and he prepared a fabulous meal in a well stocked kitchen. There were six of us staying in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The biggest selling point is the terrace.

Great!

The location is A+. It is spacious, especially for longer stays. Mauro, the property manager couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. The antique furniture is nice but dresser and drawers in master could be more functional for longer stays. We would have appreciated nicer towels and sheets as well considering how long we stayed, but overall, it's a wonderful property.

Exceeded expectations

My wife and I had a great time in Montalcino. Lars’ apartment was precisely as advertised - the beautiful view off the balcony, though, can not be adequately depicted in photos. It’s amazing. From checkin to checkout, Mauro made sure everything was right. He was a tremendous support throughout our stay. We will be coming back!

Great apartment in an amazing small town

This apartment is exactly as advertised. The Medieval city of Montalcino is a truly amazing place. 2 days in Rome was plenty for our group, but we could have stayed here for 2-3 months. Mauro met us and helped us with all of our luggage. He is such a nice man and you can tell how proud he is of where he lives. Can’t say I blame him!!!!

Fantastic Apartment in a perect location.

An incredible experience staying in this absolutely lovely, charming and comfortable apartment in the heart of Montalcino, Tuscany. Everything needed is foot steps away from the Apartment, great restaurants, wine stores, markets and caffes. Apartment is new and updated with all the amenities of home plus spectacular views off the patio. A truly memorable experience. The owners manager locally in Montalcino was top shelf and a wealth of local knowledge. If we ever found our selves going back, hands down, this is where we would stay.

Beautiful Stay in Montalcino

This apartment is located in the northern end of town and is absolutely beautiful and gives you a very authentic feel for living in Montalcino. It also has all you could ask for from an amenities standpoint as well as a parking permit (which is key) if you have a car as we did. The owner and local property manager are great in terms of communication and support. The private terrace is even better in-person with views that are just unreal. We rented in Sorrento, Florence, Roma and Montalcino on this trip and nothing comes close to this apartment. We plan on returning in the future.

Steps Anyone?

Very well appointed apartment. Some low ceilings upstairs but WHAT A VIEW from the upper deck. Looked like the kitchen and bathrooms were just remodeled. Seems everywhere we walk was always up hill! Gabriel was the best. Get all of our luggage up in the apartment and was a great help. We would go back.

Rooftop is wonderful with amazing views! Mauro is the manager and is the best! Entire apartment has been remodeled and very well-stocked. Will definitely stay here again.

I have the experience of owning or renting apartments in all these countries, triggering an appreciation of good quality and design. After more than 20 visits to Montalcino in less than the two years it took to complete the renovation and to make the apartment available for rental, I now enjoy the company of and invaluable help from some nice local friends in Montalcino. Both I and my very well-connected local network of friends are aware of the needs of quality-conscious international travelers. Valuable, constructive feedback from my guests help me make some improvements and adjustments every year.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

As a serious wine-lover and in love with Tuscany since my first visit in 2000, the choice of Montalcino was easy. The number one reason for ending up in Montalcino is the wonderful Brunello wine, and after a complete apartment renovation job since 2011 I have realized my old dream of having a local wine cellar (unfortunately, access to the wine cellar is not available as part of rentals; I can just help you with advice on where to get the best deals and advice on sampling and buying wine). The spectacular views from the roof terrace was the number one reason for choosing this particular apartment inside Montalcino. I have rented and stayed in nice places in the Tuscan countryside since 2000 but I chose to be inside the town walls of Montalcino also for some important convenience reasons: Being able to walk to the bakery and grocery store, and being able to walk home after a nice lunch or dinner with some great wine. There are no taxis in the Tuscan countryside or smaller towns.
