This studio apartment is characterized by large spaces and excellent separation of the rooms. The bathroom is located in the interior area of the apartment and offers a hot gas shower. Next, we find the kitchen (with dining area), complete and equipped for preparing meals.
The front of the apartment, with a splendid view, is divided between the living area (a cozy room with smart TV) and the sleeping area (furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a desk for working on the computer).
This apartment is ideal for couples or solo travelers who want to enjoy the wonders of Cusco to the fullest.

We are located on the third floor of a building without an elevator. Independent entrance.
Our building is easily accessible from the driveway. You can ask the taxi driver to drop you off right in front of the building door! There are no stairs, hills or cobblestones...
We are located just a 10-minute walk from Pl. de Armas, 15 min. from Templo del Sol and 5 min. from Plazoleta San Blas. The San Blas market is just 120 m. from the house. The interurban bus stations to the Sacred Valley are within walking distance and the Limacpampa urban bus stop is just 5 minutes away.

1- We care about sustainability: we offer a water purifier, soap dispensers, and two separate trash cans so you can recycle! In return, we ask you to use water and electricity responsibly.
2- We meet all immigration and tax requirements imposed by our country, so:
--- If you are Peruvian or resident in Peru, we will ask you to pay the IGV (18%).
--- If you are a foreigner, we will ask you to present a passport photo of all guests to complete the required registration.

- Comfort: from our experience as travellers, we tried to make sure Ruinas had everything our guests need to feel comfortable and at home: basic kitchen supplies, clear information pack, Cusco local tips, extra comfortable beds, a portable heater and a warm shower!
- Sustainability: we provide any kind of soap and detergent in re-chargeable dispensers in order to use the least plastic possibile. In addition to that, we have installed a water purifier that makes tap water drinkable! So you don't have to buy so many plastic bottles.
- Hospitality: we want our guests to have the best time while staying at our place! And we don't mind going out of our way make them feel welcome!
