APARTMENT DESCRIPTION
Tiyana Cusco rents completely independent vacation apartments in a typical family building in modern Cusco style. The internal courtyard and the panoramic terrace on the 4th floor are shared spaces available to guests.
- Tradición 302 features spacious rooms and excellent separation of spaces. The bathroom is located in the interior of the apartment, followed by the kitchen (with dining area). To the front, with a breathtaking view, are the living room and bedroom.
- The living room offers a two-seater sofa, a coffee table, and a smart TV. The highlight is the sweeping view from the window.
- The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, various utensils, and some appliances for cooking your favorite dishes. There is no oven. The dining area is furnished with a table for two.
- The bedroom, adjacent to the living room and well separated from the kitchen, is furnished with a double bed (135 x 190 cm) and a small desk for remote work. Imagine waking up to this view!
- The bathroom is small but fully equipped and boasts a gas shower with really hot water. Cotton towels are provided. _________________________________

3. There are 4 beautiful kittens living with us, and they can occasionally be seen wandering around the steps or in the courtyard of the building! They are usually very shy and hide, but sometimes they let you pet them!

When thinking of our guests, we have 3 priorities in mind: - Comfort: from our experience as travellers, we tried to make sure Ruinas had everything our guests need to feel comfortable and at home: basic kitchen supplies, clear information pack, Cusco local tips, extra comfortable beds, a portable heater and a warm shower! - Sustainability: we provide any kind of soap and detergent in re-chargeable dispensers in order to use the least plastic possibile. In addition to that, we have installed a water purifier that makes tap water drinkable! So you don't have to buy so many plastic bottles. - Hospitality: we want our guests to have the best time while staying at our place! And we don't mind going out of our way make them feel welcome!
