The Space:

Morning light streams through large windows, easing the apartment into the day as the East Riverside neighborhood settles into a quiet rhythm. You step onto a private patio, hear the gentle splash of the shared pool nearby, and feel the city’s easy‑going vibe inviting you to unwind after an Austin adventure. Evenings drift into slower moments, with a flat‑screen Smart TV ready for a favorite show and a BBQ grill waiting for a relaxed dinner under the Texas sky.



Sleeping arrangements

Four private bedrooms host three queen beds and a twin bed, each with linens, wardrobes and bedside surfaces. A dedicated workspace with a desk sits behind a door in the twin‑bedroom, offering focused work time. The living room features a queen sofa sleeper, and a queen air mattress is stored in the laundry area, comfortably accommodating up to eleven guests. All bedrooms have individual code locks for added privacy.

Wood floors flow through an open‑concept layout, connecting the living area, kitchen and dining nook. A comfortable sofa anchors the living room, and a flat‑screen Smart TV with cable provides entertainment. High‑speed Wifi supports streaming and remote work, while a dedicated workspace ensures productivity. An in‑unit washer and free dryer add convenience for longer stays.

House rules & notes

Exterior security cameras and a noise‑monitoring device help maintain a safe, respectful environment. The host is not responsible for third‑party amenities such as the pool and gym and cannot offer refunds if they close for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:

The Riverside area is near downtown, the University of Texas, local community college, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on Riverside you'll find it to be very residential, quiet, and peaceful.



Staying in this place will show you that you are super close to everything without being in the hectic Downtown Austin area. You are a short Uber/Lyft away from a time of your life without having the extra noise to keep you awake at night.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is private off the main road and has plenty of parking. It is on a first come first serve basis. You are very close to the main highway to get around and close to local shops/restaurants for a quick or nice bite to eat.



Other Things to Note:

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
