Paraíso de verano en la isla privada de Zeron en Sage Lake con alquiler opcional de botes

Esta es una isla de 7 1/2 acres, de propiedad privada, solo usted y sus invitados estarán en ella. Esta isla tiene más de 2000 pies de costa arenosa, hay dos muelles para atracar botes y una gran pesca rodea la isla. Tenemos 3 botes de pontones diferentes disponibles para alquilar como opción si no tiene su propio bote para llevarlo hacia y desde la isla.

Los únicos visitantes habituales de la isla son usted y su grupo, y ocasionalmente el águila calva, Loon u otra fauna de Michigan.

Además de todo eso, hay una hermosa casa / cabaña de dos pisos. Tiene dos dormitorios y un baño en el piso principal y un gran loft en el segundo piso que da al nivel inferior y tiene excelentes vistas al lago.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King size y el siguiente dormitorio tiene una cama Queen size. El loft de arriba tiene dos camas Queen y un sofá cama Queen futón. El salón también tiene un sofá cama plegable. Esta cabaña está completamente amueblada y se suministra con ropa de cama, toallas y todos los armarios de la cocina están llenos de todo lo que necesita para cocinar y comer.

El gran patio bellamente ajardinado también sirve como área de campamento para invitados adicionales e incluso hay una casa de baño adicional con baño completo para uso de invitados al aire libre.

El patio exterior de ladrillos construido a medida en dos niveles tiene una parrilla de barbacoa de gas con encimeras de granito para cocinar, así como un nuevo bar tiki para el área de reunión al aire libre perfecta en el nivel superior y un área de fogatas de ladrillo junto al agua para un Área perfecta para sentarse bajo las estrellas alrededor de un fuego con amigos y familiares. Nuestra área de playa de arena recientemente agregada ahora se encuentra justo al lado del área del pozo de fuego de nivel inferior y es una gran adición nueva para que los niños naden y jueguen en el agua justo al lado de la cabina.

Esta isla paradisíaca tiene la configuración de patio más serena para disfrutar de una taza de café por la mañana y tomar el sol por la tarde. La playa de arena que rodea la isla es ideal para nadar.

La isla tiene mucho que ofrecer. ¡Es un refugio maravilloso para cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de la calma de la naturaleza solo o con amigos y familiares! Incluye una maravillosa ruta de senderismo de aproximadamente una milla de largo alrededor de la zona boscosa interior.

¡Es un excelente destino de reunión familiar o incluso un hermoso lugar para bodas en la isla!

Traiga su propio bote para el transporte o alquile uno con la casa ... Tenemos un pontón de 02 '22 pies disponible para alquilar con esta isla por $ 100 por día o puede alquilar un bote de pontón más nuevo de 2014 por $ 200 por día.

Beautiful property! Perfect venue for our small wedding. The site hosts, Mike and Peggy, are absolutely amazing. Property Manager Joe was a pleasure to work with, making himself available to answer all our questions in a timely manor. Couldn’t recommended this place enough! We had the BEST family vacation on Zeron’s Island last week! I can’t put into words how special the island is to experience with people you love. We played family yard games, cards games, fished, swam, had a scavenger hunt for the kids, shared stories and laughed late into the night and even better, created lifelong memories we’ll cherish forever! Joe was a fabulous host, so attentive to our questions (always within an hour) and provided us great detail on what to expect at the cabin and on the island in advance of our stay. This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when renting! We already reserved our next vacation!

Family Vacation

We haven’t been on a full extended family vacation in 10 years and this was a wonderful place to go to finally all get together. The lake is beautiful, property grounds and home are very nice. Working with the owner was easy and very informative. The only thing I would say is the home is a tad bit smaller than what I thought in the pictures. Still would highly recommend booking here!

First Family Getaway

This was the first time we’ve ever used something like VRBO for a trip. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars across the board however there were a few areas that did not meet our expectations. Communication with the owner was spotty. I often had to message him a few times before hearing a response. Cleanliness got 3 stars because upon arrival we found a used bandaid on the futon, a used towel hanging in the master bedroom, a large clump of hair on the master bedroom floor, and the Blackstone was not wiped down. The shower in the guest cabin was also covered in bugs although we had no need to use it. We also almost ran out of toilet paper (9 people stayed). We also found out the hard way (midway through grilling steaks) that the propane had been on the entire first day. I would definitely suggest wearing water shoes as both of my brothers cut their feet on glass off the beach. And then one found a bullet casing. Other than those items the island was a blast. Having all of the boat options, the beautiful sandy beach, and the gorgeous large windows for viewing the lake even from inside on our rainy day.

Beautiful!!

Zeron Island is absolutely beautiful! The home is exactly as pictured. We kept remarking at how clean everything was. Even the outdoor bathroom. Not a cobweb to be found. Our pups loved the trail through the woods, and it was so nice to open the door and let them run. We all had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back!! PS..the photos I have of the Island, sunset and sunrise are gorgeous.

Beautiful island paradise in Michigan

Loved staying on the island. The lake is beautiful and quiet during the week and not too busy on weekends. The property is so finer to explore. Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing Island Stay!

Our group of friends had a fantastic time staying on Zeron's island! The island was so beautiful and had so many activities - bags, jenga, lawn bowling, stand up paddle boards, and so much more. Joe was super responsive and provided very helpful turn by turn directions to help us find the place. We loved sitting by the fire pits and appreciated the ample supply of pre-chopped wood! Sleeping arrangements for 13 got a little tight - but with extra air mattresses available we made it work. The grounds around the main cabin would be great for camping too if we had brought tents! Couldn't have asked for a better trip - we're already looking to book our return :)

Peacefully Relaxing

It was a wonderful stay and the only thing I would change is adding railing to the steps for 60 + folk and another small step upon entering the French doors other than that it was a little peace of heaven and none of us wanted to leave and go back to reality . Top-Notch Everything

The lake, the island, the property, the buildings, the boat, the amenities, the property manager - everything was perfect. We had a group of 11 guys who all immensely enjoyed ourselves. This place is perfect if you want a relaxing lake vacation or if you want somewhere to facilitate all your favorite outdoor activities. It allowed us to create our own perfect mix of both. Communication was great, any extra questions (which were few, since the documents and directions provided were excellent) got answered promptly and politely, and our stay was made that much more relaxing. We had multiple guys who returned to the island, and many of us will do so again. Completely worth it.

Unique Adventurous Experience

Unique experience..adventure awaits. Great communications, comfortable beds/linens, which is always appreciated! Quiet nights and tons of quality firewood! Our 12 girls had a great time for our 24th Annual Girls Weekend on Zerons Island. Only downside, the island is definitely the local hangout for boaters on weekends, there were 20-30 boats that tied up on Saturday (a few on Friday too). Unfortunately, they were not very friendly and pulled in right where our group was hanging out. We still had a great time, but should be noted to expect visitors if renting in the summer on the weekends!

Hidden Gem - Bach Party

Upon arrival Joe (property manager) sent us multiple articles illustrating sage lake and this island, everything I read was an understatement of this unique piece of property. The views from the island are unforgettable - watching the sunset and especially the stars when sitting around the camp fire. Let alone the resources on the island; kayaks/paddle boards/yard games. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Landscaped Paradise

Outdoor furniture by Berlin Gardens is the best I've ever seen, and goes along with the extensive landscaping. There is something for all ages. The youngest had plenty of room to wear out before nightfall, running up and down the waterfront before settling down to smores at the fire pit. Middleaged had a house full of games and extensive paths to explore. Grandma and myself settled into the comfy furniture until the twilight pontoon cruise. Highly recommend the new pontoon - well worth the price difference. Fishing was not as good as we hoped, but the scenery made up for that. The only negative I can think of is the locals liked to hang out a a few sandy areas around the island, but never were a problem. This was one of the nicest cabins we have ever rented! Thanks for sharing!!!

Your own private island just 2.5 hrs. North of Detroit

Beautiful, expansive property that is isolated just enough. All the water and backyard activities you could ever need. The owner kept an open line of communication with us, answering any questions as they arrive.
