¡Esta es una deseable unidad de esquina de una habitación con vista al mar directa! Desde su lanai privado, puede cenar, tomar una bebida tropical o simplemente relajarse mientras observa las islas vecinas, las famosas puestas de sol de Maui, arcoiris, tortugas y, por supuesto, ¡MIRADAS DE BALLENAS desde mediados de diciembre hasta mediados de abril!

Quítate los zapatos y siéntete como en casa en esta maravillosa unidad de esquina. Las ventanas adicionales en la sala de estar, amplían su vista frente al mar, proporcionan una sensación de apertura y permiten una iluminación más natural. Encontrará cómodos asientos para hasta 4 personas e incluye un televisor de pantalla plana; Equipo de música y reproductor de DVD. El sofá tiene una cama extraíble queen size con un colchón de 6 pulgadas. Hay pisos cerámicos en toda la unidad, excepto en el dormitorio.

El baño ofrece dos lavabos, lo cual es excelente si tiene capacidad para 4 personas y una ducha de azulejos recientemente renovada. Encontrará toallas y ropa de cama adicionales en el mueble del baño.

Otras comodidades incluyen una lavadora y secadora grandes y un aire acondicionado de pared en la sala de estar. Hay ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones para ayudar con el flujo de aire en esos días sin vientos alisios. We loved staying at this beautiful ocean front condo. Sitting on the lanai and watching the sunset over the ocean was wonderful! The pool, hot tub and beach were very close and also beautiful. Check in was easy and communication was excellent.

Great location with attentive property manager

This is the second time my wife and I stayed in this condo and we had a wonderful experience both times. The location with oceanfront view is what makes this property special.I contacted the property manager about a minor issue and it was immediately resolved to our satisfaction, something we really appreciated.The only minor point is the condo is a little "tired" and could be refreshed. Having said that, we would return without a second thought.

An amazing vaction of course. The room was located perfectly ocean side. I was able to enjoy the sunsets and sunrises from the balcony! The room and acomidations were perfect! This was the second time staying here and I plan on it again..hopefully the same room.

A wonderful unit. It was a comfortable unit that was perfect for us. Close access to pool and other amenities. Directly on Ocean. The furnishings and amenities were very good with a fully equipped kitchen and large fluffy bath towels! An owner who obviously cares about the guests.

You can’t beat this location!! We’ve been to Papakea several times but have never stayed ocean front. Listening to the waves and walking out to the lanai to watch the sunset just can’t be beat. It was amazing! Yes, the place isn’t as sparkly and new as some other listings (older appliances, cabinets, etc) but that doesn’t matter when you’re staring at the ocean!

Tired and worn

GREAT location, but unit is in need of repair and updating. Several lightbulbs were burned out, patio furniture is rusted, washing machine was broken, doors and windows are hard to open. Also there is no dining table in the unit. That would be a nice addition. Communication with property manager was slow when needed. Poor relationship between unit property manager and location manager. Several issues happened and they weren’t willing to work together to resolve.

Nice views of the ocean and very clean unit. Elevator next to unit which made it easy to transport luggage to the second floor. Landscaping well maintained around the property. Very quiet. Apartment was well stocked. Easy to find parking spaces. The air conditioning unit is fairly far away from the bedroom. Even with the fans on inside the condo it was difficult for the air condition to cool down the bedroom area. Temperatures were higher than normal during the first part of our stay. Those that are expecting to the temperatures to get to 72 degrees in the bedroom area with the A/C may be disappointed but it did not bother us. When there was a strong breeze at night we would shut the A/C unit off and open the windows for better air circulation.

First time to Maui

Our stay was amazing! I took my daughter to Maui as a high school graduation trip and we are hooked. The views were absolutely gorgeous and we sat on the lenai every night watching the amazing sunsets. The room was very clean and has everything you need to cook meals.The complex is beautiful and there is a nice beach that had decent snorkeling on the rocks not to far out. I would definitely recommend staying in this room. Again the morning and evening views are amazing. We plan on coming back annually. Mahalo!

Beautiful views & condo equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation

The resort is quiet & beautiful, & the view from the condo balcony amazing - sunsets in the evening, Molokai & Lanai all day long. The unit was full of everything for a beach day-snorkel equipment, beach chairs, lots of beach towels, umbrellas, & even a cooler & ice packs!

Cautious Pandemic Vacation

Beautiful view and lovely grounds. Comfortable, condo unit in a resort like setting. Appreciated the” home” amenities. Well supplied kitchen, in unit- laundry, private balcony, large bathroom, beach chairs/ towels. Very nice! Some small issues were minor rust on metal patio furniture ( due to ocean air for sure) balcony sconce light not functioning , TV remote not working as directed. Overall a very nice property and would recommend renting to others.

Adventures in Paradise

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The view is the highlight. I've never stayed this close to the beach before, and every night we relaxed an watched the sun set over the ocean. The kitchen is very well equipped, which was important to us as we ate most meals in. The grounds are lovely, and we enjoyed the easy access to the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful oceanfront condo!

This was an amazing condo, right on the ocean. We saw several turtles swimming in the bay right in front of us, and the bay was perfect for snorkeling. The condo was equipped with beach chairs and snorkeling gear which we used every day. There was great food within walking distance. The only feedback I have is that the bedroom is in the back of the condo and can get a little stuffy since there’s no large window back there - I think it would be really helpful to put a small A/C unit or fan in the window to help keep that room cool. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!

The check in was not as friendly as we remember it.

The staff was continually watching us. ID was needed at the pool and to use the grills. Our tv kept kicking us out of the cable and sometimes did not work at all. Our air conditioning unit was not working. I noticed the plug was brown and did not look safe. Someone was sent over and they jiggled the plug to get it to work. When I said it did not look safe he said well if it quits working call back. Our front door stuck so hard that sometimes I had a hard time getting into the condo. With that said, the view was amazing, the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen ware, there were beach chairs and plenty of towels. We saw many whales as we sat on the patio. We love Maui and had a great time.

Relaxation

We enjoyed our time in this condo the view of the ocean is just what we needed in the time of COVID. I think because of COVID there had not been anyone at the condo in a while and it was stale. the pillows needed to be freshened up and the sheets on the hide abed were dirty so I washed them. Overall I will definitely stay at this condo when we return to Hawaii.
