Scott is a terrific host. The home was even decorated for Halloween. The furnishings are excellent, the cupboards well stocked, large flat yard, nice pool and game room. Ample parking for 4 to 6 cars, but no covered parking. Two dishwashers and two large refrigerators in the kitchen, plus a wine/bar refrig. There are several streaming tv's throughout the house and in the bedrooms.This is a very interesting house on 4 levels. Nice views from 3 levels of the house. There's seating for over 75 people throughout the house.

The house was clean. It was well appointed and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything you need. I requested an air fryer and Scott provided us with one. The view from the balcony is breath taking. One of the best sunsets I have ever seen. Lots of extra towels, and even paper towels and toilet paper were provided. Tv in every room. Our reunion group really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful home/location

Multi generation family vacation. The house was just perfect, many places to gather to visit, play or eat together. So clean and very well appointed. Enjoyed the pool and spa. Visited the local farmers market. A great location for visiting the area. Thank you!

The home is beautiful and huge, so many places to just “get away” by yourself or someone else. It’s very clean and supplied with so many necessities that will save you a lot of grocery shopping money if you stop to check the home before shopping. The location is great for shopping and restaurants and even the airport is only about 20 minutes away. The pool, hot tub and large grass lawn are wonderful. It’s the perfect home for family or friends reunion. And Scott is wonderful, answers texts within minutes!

Family vacation

We recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. It’s large and our multi-generational family (ages 7-70) loved it. The views were beautiful, the gourmet kitchen a delight, plenty of different living areas with tv’s where the kids watched shows and adults watched baseball and golf, a large pool and hot tub, beautiful grounds, etc. My personal favorite area was the balcony where a nice breeze kept you cool while reading, watching the kids in the pool or enjoying the view with a glass of wine!

My family had a wonderful stay here. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities and more for the beach, the pool, and the kitchen. San Diego was a wonderful place to visit with so much to do. Scott was attentive host. I highly recommend!!

This home exceeded all our expectations. Scott was an outstanding host—responsive, welcoming, and everything was exactly as described. We’ve never stayed in a rental with so much space. The layout was thoughtful, the rooms were plentiful and comfortable, and the entire property was impeccably maintained.The highlight for us was definitely the pool and hot tub. The pool was surprisingly large—much bigger than we expected—and quickly became the centerpiece of our stay. We used it every single day and loved every minute.

Beautiful Property!

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Kids loved the ping pong table and spent most of their time in the pool. Would love to come back and do this trip again next year. Scott was an amazing host and quick to respond with any questions we had.

Amazing Rental House

Awesome house, fully apportioned. We had everything we needed…fully stocked pantry. Kitchen had gadgets and appliances we needed to make full meals each day. All the beds were comfortable. Best house I’ve ever rented for a short term vacation. Everyone could not believe how great the house was. Beautiful view from the backyard of the hills and ocean in the distance. Amazing sunset we were able to watch each evening. I can’t say enough good things about our stay in the home.

This is a beautiful home and property. The photos can't do it justice. It accommodated our immediate family (21 people) nicely. We range from 10 months old to 68 years old and everybody loved it. The home is set up with multiple beds in most of the bedrooms, which is perfect for young families. There are places to gather and places to relax privately. I'm a pool snob, but the pool was very clean and the water well balanced. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for any meal. I messaged ahead and asked about an espresso machine. Scott replied that there wasn't one in the house, then went and purchased one. We have rented 6-8 big houses in the western United States and this one is hands down the nicest one. I hope to bring the family back next year. I also need to mention that the host (Scott) is very responsive. We didn't have any problems, but I did have a few questions.

Fun near San Diego

Such a fun place to stay with a large group—close to San Diego for museums, zoo, beaches, etc or just relaxing right at home with a fabulous pool. The host is very helpful. Love this home.

Awesome stay - 5 stars!

What a great place to stay! Hosted my colleagues to celebrate our end of FY, and could not have picked a better place in the San Diego area. Host was very communicative and accommodating. I’d highly recommend this place to any large group as there was plenty of sleeping space and areas to hang out without feeling cramped.

Probably one of the nicest Estates in all of San Diego. We custom built this home in 2008 to make it a very special place to live and Visit. Absolutely a show off home, After living at the beach for years it was a great idea to build a home in more of a private, safe and secluded area and still have access to what San Diego has to offer in a central location. Recently self closing gates installed around Pool area! Lots of room for Family and Friends with perfect reviews from such. Not part of the City of San Diego restricted rent areas.

Benefits of this home is pure Architecture at it's finest. Entertainment and Showing off is what it was built for. On top of that it is big and private. 20 people could be there and you would not know where they were. Quiet area. Cozy hideaways. Views to respect. It could be the best all around home in San Diego. Recently self closing gates installed around Pool area!
