The space
Indoor Spaces
Step inside and find everything you need for a comfortable, homely stay. Thoughtfully designed with functionality and comfort in mind, the interiors blend simplicity with warmth.

Bedrooms
We offer 2 double bedrooms—one on the ground floor and another on the first floor, both fitted with double beds, ACs, ceiling fans, bedside tables, lamps, extra pillows, and blankets. Heaters can also be arranged if required. Each bedroom is attached to a private balcony, letting in natural light and fresh mountain air. While the rooms don’t have wardrobes, a small storage unit is available for essentials.

Bathrooms
There are two full bathrooms (attached to each bedroom) equipped with:
Hot water via geysers, Showers, Jet sprays, sinks with mirrors, Exhaust fans, Common dispensers stocked with body soap, shampoo & shower gel, Fresh bath towels, Garbage bins
An additional WC is available near the living area for convenience.

Living Room
The living room on the ground floor is the heart of the home—designed for relaxation or casual chats over tea. It features:
• A comfy sofa and sofa cum bed
• A Smart TV for your favourite streaming apps
• A ceiling fan
• Coffee/centre table
• Books & magazines to browse through
• Space to lay down an extra mattress if needed

Kitchen
For those who love to cook or simply want the option, our fully functional indoor kitchen is yours to use. It includes:
A gas stove, Microwave, Rice cooker, Refrigerator (Single Door), Electric kettle, Cutlery, crockery, and regular cookware, Water purifier (RO), Exhaust fan
Please note, we don’t provide an oven, chimney, or toaster.


Terrace & Balcony
Our private terrace is attached to the first-floor bedroom—perfect for morning tea or stargazing at night. Both rooms come with private balconies for a breath of fresh Himalayan air.


Outdoor Space
While the property doesn’t have a garden or yard, it offers a serene natural setting, surrounded by lush greenery and just steps away from the Ganga riverbank. The location provides the best of Rishikesh’s peaceful spiritual vibe—ideal for morning walks or meditative moments by the river.

While we don’t provide a caretaker on site, cleaning staff can be arranged on call or post-checkout. No musical instruments or Bluetooth speakers are provided—please bring your own if desired.

• Check-in: Between 2:00 PM and 11:00 PM (late check-ins not allowed)
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Smoking: Allowed only in designated outdoor areas
• Alcohol: Permitted in designated areas
• Quiet Hours: From 10 PM to 8 AM; no loud music allowed after 11 PM
• Pets: 1 small pet allowed (₹500 per stay)
• Cooking: Full kitchen access allowed, including non-veg meals
• Events & parties: Not permitted
