Groups and families will have plenty of room to spread out thanks to the 4 modern bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces located throughout the home. All four bedrooms are equipped with comfortable bedding and large Smart TVs to give guests the most comfortable stay possible.

Bedroom 1 features two full sized bed facing the Pool Area

Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed with smart TV.

Bedrooms 3 is furnished with 2 queen-sized bed, Smart-TV and is facing the bathroom.

Bedrooms 4 furnished with a queen-sized bed.

If you have additional guests, we can provide two air mattresses as well. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the correct amount of bedding for your group.

No need to wait around for your turn in the bathroom. This spacious property has three full bathrooms, each outfitted with plush towels and hairdryers.

Bathroom 1 is located off the first bedroom and features vanities and decent size walk-in shower.

Bathroom 2 sits off the main living area. This bathroom is outfitted with a shower/tub combo and a long vanity and mirror.

The modern kitchen is sure to please the chef of your group. This spacious area features new appliances, tons of counter space, and all the cooking basics you’ll need to make delicious meals and tasty cocktails. You can enjoy your grub at the large dining table (seating for eight), or head to the outdoor dining area to soak up the sun and the breathtaking views as you eat. Possible wear and tear might see in the property. Please provide us a chance to fix problems before thinking about cancelling the reservation.

The well decorated living room area is decked out with a modern shaped sofa, a 55” Smart TV and lots of board games. This is the perfect place to hang out as a large group, whether you’re enjoying a family movie night or a fun game tournament from our large collection of board games.

The patio is a collection of vibrant spaces that allow guests to experience Miami like locals. Cool off in the private pool, with a fire pit surrounded by outdoor chairs. We have sun loungers to give you the full tropical experience. The outdoor space also includes a dining area under string lights.

Guests will have exclusive use of the whole property for their entire stay, including the breathtaking outdoor areas.

Free parking is available on the property for 3 vehicles. Let us know in advance if you have more vehicles.

This is a pet-friendly property. The fee per pet is $50.00 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.

Please note that heating the pool incurs a fee of $50 per night and must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival.

The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m. - No parties or events allowed.

No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.

Things to Note:

BBQ Grill: Grill use has an additional cost of $100.00, which includes the use of the grill, a propane tank, and cleaning of the grill. It must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of your reservation.
Toiletries: We provide toilet paper, paper towels, and liquid soap for the restrooms. We do not provide extra toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washcloths, laundry detergent, or similar items.
Other things to note
Please note that there is a camera covering the front and back outside areas of the property. They are used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of our guests and property.

Please be advised that our landscaper and/or pool technician will be entering the property for scheduled lawn maintenance every 15 days and pool maintenance 2x a week.
