◆ Please be advised that the pool and spillover spa share the same water. Heating is available upon request for an additional daily fee of $40 (minimum 2 days). Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready for your stay.
◆ Optional: A grill can be provided for your visit upon request for a one-time fee of $50 per stay - please arrange at least 24 hrs prior.
◆ House rules: No smoking, pets, parties, or events. Quiet hours 10 p.m.–7 a.m.
◆ Starter Kit: This is a self-catering home, and we provide a convenient starter kit to help you settle in. Each bathroom includes 2 toilet rolls and travel-size toiletries. In the kitchen, you’ll find 1 paper towel roll, 5 trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 sponge, and 2 laundry pods. We’ve also included a complimentary 2.5 oz coffee bag.
◆ Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Prior to your arrival, the villa will be professionally cleaned and inspected, with fresh sheets and towels provided.
◆ Please note: The Reunion West Clubhouse is a private facility and not included with this villa stay. Guests can enjoy all in-home amenities, including the private pool, spa spillover, game room, and more.
