La Villa Contenta se encuentra en la zona más exclusiva de "El Pedregal". Esto aparentemente aislados zona residencial de Cabo San Lucas se encuentra en el lado del Pacífico de la punta más meridional de Baja California Sur, México, y se completa con una entrada cerrada que conduce a través de serpenteantes calles empedradas, casas palaciegas y un exuberante paisaje. Esta villa en particular es a 2 kilómetros del centro de Cabo, con un sinfín de opciones para actividades y comedor.

Este 8000 pies cuadrados villa, con un dormitorio principal de 1.200 metros cuadrados, está construido a sólo 50 metros por encima de la playa. Vistas del Océano Pacífico inmediata son a la vez magnífica y despejada cuando se ve desde los 150 metros lineales de ventanas. El acceso inmediato a la playa, junto con puestas de sol más allá de la imaginación más salvaje de uno, proporcionan lo último en alojamiento privado en Cabo San Lucas. The villa is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly appointed. The art collection is enchanting and pieces pop up in the most unlikely corners. The staff is beyond carrying and meticulous. And last but not least, the sprawling view of the ocean is stunning!

Incredible Vacation Stay!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The home is even more beautiful in person, and the view is breathtaking. My husband and I had a small wedding on the beach and three catered dinners at the house. We used the recommended caterers, Denni's Catering, and the food/service was incredible! We also used Laura, the wedding planner affiliated with Denni's catering, and she was phenomenal. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations! We can't wait to return!

This home provided everything we could have ever wanted for a friend's and family get away. Stunning views, beautiful beach, but more importantly, Kimberly and Laura could not have been any more helpful and responsive to every request we made. We are grateful for all their recommendations. The home itself met every need. We whale watched from our pool overlooking the beach, had a beautiful dinner at the dining room table on New Year's Eve and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend a stay in this lovely home.

Christmas to remember

We have been to Cabo as a family many times, but never have we enjoyed a stay more. First of all, the location of the home is ideal-- a very short walk to the beach, and with an absolutely perfect ocean view. Whale watching from the pool! Everything about the house is top notch, but more than just quality, it has tons of space and privacy, a wonderful pool, and the decor is gorgeous. The owner was incredibly helpful with all aspects of our trip-- from recommending a great driver, to terrific caterers, to fun side trips and new restaurants to visit. It made for a gorgeous, safe, family visit and we look to coming back many times. Thank you!

Spectacular House on Pristine Beach

I’ve stayed in luxury homes all over the world and this home ranks amongst the best I’ve stayed in. A perfect view of the entire Pedregal beach can be had from the amazing outdoor patio and the sand is only steps away. Well equipped,imaculate, and luxurious. We felt pampered the entire week of our stay. The staff there is also top notch. We had breakfast every morning on the veranda overlooking the ocean. Can’t say enough about this place. Really a perfect spot that feels secluded yet you are only minutes from downtown Cabo. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing Property!!

This property is absolutely amazing! To say the pictures really don't do this property justice is a huge understatement, this is truly the most gorgeous home with the MOST AMAZING view!! Everything about this home is completely perfect! The layout is great for families or groups, so much space and everything so lovely! The kitchen is well equipped for whatever you might want to make and the grill outside could not offer a more beautiful view while making dinner! Juana and Fernando are amazing and so kind and come daily to keep the inside and out ready to go. It's an easy trip in to town for restaurants, bars, shopping or other activities. We were there at prime whale watching season and saw multiple whales each day making their trek home while sitting on the patio or swimming in the pool. The beach is a very short walk and is nice for walks and playing beach volleyball and frisbee. As in most places in Cabo, the surf is rough and the undertow strong so not great for swimming but my teenage/young adult kids enjoyed playing in the waves some. The pool at the house is so perfect with the most spectacular views that the only time I was on the beach was to watch the baby turtles being released. I very highly recommend Villa Contenta if you are traveling to Cabo and looking for a home to rent. Kimberly was extremely helpful in the planning process and even during the week was so kind to let us know about the baby turtle release. She made the trip so organized and easy all we had to do was arrive and enjoy! We will definitely be return visitors to this lovely home!

How often does one report that something was BETTER than expected? We were SO pleased with this gorgeous home in CABO. We highly recommend it. So many special touches. If you are looking for a quintessential Mexican vacation home this is it. The owner has exquisite taste in art and furnishings. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 8. The house was perfectly situated to take advantage of a prime lot in Pedregal. It had everything we needed.We especially enjoyed the great couple who tend the garden and house every day. It was PERFECT.

Great place with wonderful views

We were a party of 8 staying Jan 2 for a week. The house is fantastic with the best deck, pool and views. Very nice open plan and alll sleeping arrangements were excellent. The help is very nice and accommodating. Owner is very responsive to all needs. We will be back!

Great House, Great Beach, Great Location and Stunning Views

My family was looking for a place where we could enjoy a quite beach, be close to town and feel secure while spending Thanksgiving in Cabo. We could not have picked a better place! The sunrise views from the back patio in the morning were stunning, and we even saw several whales while drinking our morning coffee! The family loved having the infinity pool in the afternoons, while winding down and watching the Cabo sunsets. We walked a few steps down each day to a beach that felt like it was our own private piece of heaven. We highly recommend using Denni's catering. They pre-stocked the house with beverages, food, snacks etc and Denni was actually at the home when we arrived to make sure we had everything. We had forgotten to request Margarita set-ups, so he made a quick call and we were drinking frozen tequila within minutes! They also prepared a wonderful traditional Thanksgiving meal for us (enough that we had plenty of leftovers, just like home) and served us more traditional Mexican breakfast on a couple of our mornings. Overall, my family couldn't have been happier with our choice for this stay and we had a trip that we will all remember for years to come!

Breathtaking property!

Amazing time traveling to Cabo. In 4 days we barely left the amazing view from the pool and deck, and when we did it was generally just a few easy steps down to the beach! We loved playing cards (and enjoying an extended cocktail hour) overlooking the sunset on a nightly basis. All 9 of us slept comfortably, and we will definitely be renting the property again!

Amazing house right on the beach

It was a little tricky finding this house but once I did, it was very easy getting in and out of the compound. The house is so beautiful inside and out. The kitchen/living/dining space is huge, open, bright and flowing with white and glass furniture. The whole back wall of he house is glass so the views are spectacular. The master bedroom is extremely spacious, as are the other bedrooms. There is even a guest house with its own small kitchen. The patio/pool area is also very spacious with many lounge chairs and areas to lie in the sun or under the roof. This is a perfect house to host family get-togethers, or just a large group of friends/couples. And the on-site staff are extremely efficient, friendly and always there to help. I would definitely recommend this house - and I would definitely go back.

This home is amazing! I can't wait to return. It may seem a bit pricey, but it is worth every penny! I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Pedegral is so peaceful and private, yet you are just minutes from the downtown when you are wanting action. It is decorated so beautifully inside and out! I would say it is one of the most elegant, classy homes in Pedregal. The views are unbelievable too. It couldn't be a more perfect place for a family reunion, or something of that sort which is what I intend to do annually!

Great Villa

This is a very nice, clean, well maintained rental. The staff is attentive but discreet. The home is well stocked and very tastefully decorated. Beautiful views, great terrace! Beautiful property, great location!

My girlfriends and I had such great time at Villa Contenta. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated but not in a fussy, overdone way. It is even nicer than the photos! We really enjoyed hanging out at the pool and the terrace- the sunsets are amazing from there, and we had some great dinners prepared at the grill. The beach is beautiful and just a hop away. The house is very well maintained, and El Pedregal feels safe and peaceful, while still being so close to the village.

Stunning Home in Pedregal - Highly Recommended!

I have stayed at this wonderful home with my family and for a few girl weekends. It is a beautiful home with absolutely stunning views.
