The Space:

Designed for luxury and built for groups, this custom 6-bedroom retreat offers a perfect balance of privacy and connection. Each bedroom features a king-sized bed and ensuite bath, while the master suites open directly to balconies or patios with lush tropical views. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows flood the villa with natural light, while the outdoor spaces are built for entertaining — two ground-level patios, a large private inground pool with attached jacuzzi, Bluetooth speakers, and a grill with prep area. With 7 bathrooms inside and an additional bath in the pool house, every guest enjoys privacy and convenience.



All-inclusive resort fees are $175 per person per night ($85 for children 11 and under, free for 2 and under). Adult fee included in listing price.



The resort operates on a tiered access system, but we provide all guests with the highest level of access, ensuring full use of the entire resort including exclusive restaurants, beaches, and amenities.

The property pictured is the first priority, however, pending availability you may be placed in a nearby, similar unit with all the same features and amenities.



Additional units are available for larger groups — please inquire if your party requires more space.



To ensure complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off (POP & STI), please provide your flight information no less than two weeks prior to arrival.
