Nestled in Rotonda West, this delightful house offers 3 bedrooms with a mix of a king, queen, and twin beds. The property boasts tall ceilings, fans, central AC/healting, beautiful tile floor resembling Hickory wood flooring throughout the whole house, marble counter top, custom cabinets, fully equipped kitchen, full laundry room, with sink and shelves, pantry, an ironing counter with iron, and for your convenience, hair dryer in the bathroom. With 2 bathrooms (tub and walk in shower), this superb accommodation provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Fully isolated walls and roof, and all windows are impact resistant windows. The lanai is enclosed for additional space. Relax in the beautiful surroundings and make yourself at home. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. The garage is not included, as the owners are keeping personal items in there, but it can be negociated for longer stays. Beautiful furniture throughout the house, with antique pieces. The Livingroom furniture is high end designer's custom made in Chicago. The owners have previously lived there, so this is the first time that this propertly is being listed for short term rental.
The house is nearby 5 golf courses within minutes in the beautiful Rotonda West Circle! Lots of restaurants, shopping, and several beaches such as Englewood Beach, Manasota Key Beach, Stump Pass Beach within 10-20 min away. For those interested in attending church, Fellowship Church is 5 min away in the center of Rotonda, and there is no better place to go! There are two Sunday services, including an International Service in the afternoon! We love it! Oh, yeah, there are fishing opportunities as well as boating on Lemon Bay minutes away.
Also just nearby is the Ann & Chuck Dever Regional Park Pool, heated, eight-lane, 25-yard pool with a one-meter diving board, and a Nature Walk just next to it.

Propietario/a: Gabriela Stef
We are so happy you chose to stay at our beautiful house. We are a Romanian couple, Cornel and Gabriela Stef. We were born and raised in Romania, and came to the U.S. back in 1983, during the Communist Regime. We lived in Chicago for over 25 years, where we settled and had our family, a son Jonathan and a daughter Sarah, who are now adults. We then moved to NW Indiana, and lived in a lovely community nearby Lake Michigan and a group of smaller lakes in La Porte, IN and became "snow birds". In 2019 we custom built this house, our first brand new house, which we love. We lived in it part time, in the winters, going back to Indiana and also to Romania and Ukraine for short term mission work every year, which we are continuing to do. We are also very invested in the local church here in Rotonda West at the Fellowship Church of Englewood, 5 min from the house, in the International Ministries. We highly recommend our guests to check it out for activities and Sunday Services.

My husband is a golfer, so he loves being so close to so many golf courses in Rotonda West community that are so affordable and nice. The beaches are 10-15 min away, and the whole are is amazingly nice. We love our involvement at the Fellowship Church in the bullseye of Rotonda! We love the safety at night - being on a street across the school - there are extra street lights on at night and monitoring, and slower driving during the day. It is also nice to see families and kids in a place that one would expect to see mostly seniors. I also love the special "circle town" that is so unique to Rotonda! We are just on the outside of it, in the Rotonda Heights.

We custom built our house to be "European" like! The terra-cotta clay roof tiles resembles the Houses in Europe, the Portique Entry Way with two sets of lights is so inviting, the red brick pavers on the driveway and the red door just are so inviting. Every detail counts! The diningroom long, bay type windows with the column and the detailed ceiling is so special! The same with the living room ceiling, with special hidden lights and surround system. There are two air conditioning zones: one for the main part of the house and main suite, and another for the guest two bedrooms, so people can adjust the temperature as they wish. The lanai is enclosed in hurricane impact glass, so the whole house is safe in case of storm, including all the windows, even the designer glass enclosure inside the front door. There is a Mango and a Star Fruit trees in the back yard, as well as two coconut trees, the guests are welcome to enjoy while they are in season.
The property is very private, with a 7 foot fence on the South, tall shrubery fence in the back, and a vacant lot with total natural tall vegetation providing privacy to the North.
