¡Bienvenido a nuestra casa! Decidimos comprar esta unidad debido a su ubicación, servicios y playa fantástica. Este magnífico y moderno condominio frente al mar de estilo mexicano se encuentra en Pearl Tower Mazatlán, un exclusivo complejo de condominios con vistas directas al océano sin obstáculos de una de las playas más hermosas y tranquilas. El complejo impulsa áreas comunes como: piscina, jacuzzi, amplio lobby, salón para múltiples propósitos, gimnasio con vista al mar con amplias y modernas instalaciones, sala de masajes, baño de vapor, casilleros y seguridad 24/7.
Tenga en cuenta que nuestra propiedad tiene una estricta política de ruido fuerte.

Este condominio de 3 recámaras y 2. 5 baños, utilizado anteriormente como una unidad modelo de vitrina, ofrece piso abierto con una amplia área de comedor y sala de estar decorada con buen gusto y llena de mejoras personalizadas. Está convenientemente ubicado justo por encima del nivel del entrepiso, lo que proporciona un acceso corto por escaleras o ascensor a la piscina y al área de la playa, pero brinda suficiente privacidad.

La sala de estar y el dormitorio principal tienen dos balcones de gran tamaño con vista a la piscina y al área de la playa. El dormitorio principal junior también tiene un balcón con vistas a las montañas y a la ciudad. Cada una de las tres habitaciones y sala de estar está equipada con SmartTV programable con Netflix, YouTube, GooglePlay y otros canales de medios. La unidad viene con WiFi, cocina totalmente equipada, lavavajillas, lavadora, secadora, aire acondicionado en cada habitación. Café, té, suministros básicos de cocina están incluidos como artículos complementarios.

Experimente una gran variedad de actividades al aire libre como surf, pesca, parasailing y gran variedad de tours. El parque acuático Mazagua está a pocos pasos o en coche.

El complejo también está convenientemente ubicado al lado de Mayan Palace Resort, que ofrece instalaciones locales como restaurantes, entretenimiento para el público en general. Great vacation!

Beautiful condo, spacious, well furnished, comfortable beds, gorgeous views, outstanding sunset every nite!Grounds/pools area very well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 month stay.

Really bad experience with the apartment and owner

It was very difficult to get in contact with the owner and who was in charge. Finally when I got in contact with them I gave them the information of my arrival the time and date and when I arrived at 12am the only one there was the security guy, but the manager wasn’t there or the owner to open the door for me since the security guy didn’t have access to the apartment. It took us about 30-40 mins to contact them and give us the pin to the door. When we opened the door the apartment was very dusty, everywhere the windows the floor the cabinets everything, also black water came out the faucets and showers. We told the manager what happened and they told us that they weren’t expecting our arrival and that they never let them know we were going, he told us that they were going to clean but they never did.The next day the manager was looking for me at the pool because the owner told him that we didn’t had a reservation and he wanted me to prove him that I payed for my stay there, for about half an hour we were showing him the reservation and stuff. The third day the ceiling of the master bedroom was leaking and they never fixed it . It was a very uncomfortable experience that we had at this place. It wasn’t worth it all the money and I would like a part of my money back for the inconveniences that we were put through.

Beautiful condo on the beach

A beautiful property with beachfront views. Some other reviews mention problems with appliances or hot water. We just had to make sure the circuit breakers in the laundry room were turned on. I think they turn off easily.

Enjoyable!!

We are a family of 4 and brought 2 of our daughters friends with us for a week. The condo had plenty of room for all of us. Gil was great and helped anytime we needed it. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed for quick meals. As another review mentioned the condo could use a deep clean but did not stop us from enjoying our trip. The view and sunsets are fantastic from the balcony. We used Uber and the Pulmonias to get around. The pool area has limited lounge chairs and like anywhere you need to claim your spot early. My husband and I would definitely return we loved the quiet of the area but our daughters and their friends are 20 & 18 so they would have liked to have been a little closer to the hustle & bustle of Mazatlán. Make sure you have tacos at Henry’s across the street they are delicious!!

Disappointment

This was our second stay in this waterfront condo. Last years experience was awesome so we booked for this year. Upon arrival we were disappointed with the condition of the condo. We arrived to no dishwasher, microwave, freezer, major water leak in half bath, no lights in master ensuite, no hot water, kitchen cupboard hanging from hinge and no instruction book or manager on site to contact. Two days after arrival the manager arrived and immediately got most items taken care of. After two weeks we thought the condo was in perfect order on.y to have sewage backup. We tried contacting the owners numerous times regarding the above issues as well as our final payment which was not paid prior to our arrival because a discount was being offered for no elevator service. We were told not to worry. We then experienced having no tv or internet for 24 hours. The tv showed a big red $ sign. We took this that payment was required. We text the owner and she responded this time quickly stating the manger will come the next day. The manager did arrive the next day and went to the cable company and later that day we had both services reinstated. After contacting VRBO with our concerns a case was open and we received a threatening email from the owner stating she could have the authorities remove us. We received this message 3 days before our 6 week stay was over. VRBO has protection for owners and in this case it was nice to have protection for the renter. We had so much support from other renters/owners that we feel the owner of this condo should have been more receptive, supportive and professional. We would recommend this condo because it is a beautiful waterfront location close to amenities in a quiet part of Mazatlan. We left the condo in perfect working condition for the owners arrival a few days later. When everything is working well we would give this condo. 5 out of 5 stars.

Great stay. Awesome location

My wife, son and I, along with a couple of friends stayed in Tatyana's condo and we enjoyed the quiet location and spacious unit. The view can't be beat. The infinity pool right off the beach was awesome and not crowded at all. The other guests we met were very nice. Beds were comfortable and the wifi good. The staff was very friendly and took care of any minor issues quickly. We've already booked again for next year at the same time.

Fantastic condo for our family of 6!

We had already rented a condo for the majority of our vacation but decided to come early and this property was open for the beginning days of our vacation. It surpassed our expectations. The mater bedroom had a very comfortable bed with soft sheets. The views from the master and dining area were gorgeous. Our 4 children, ranging in ages from 20 down to 8 had plenty of room. The pool and beach were quiet and peaceful compared to the resort activity we are used to and we really enjoyed that this time. We would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

A very nice and spacious condo with a complete kitchen for cooking meals. The view was the best!

Our stay was a very comfortable and relaxing. The manager of the co do complex, Gil, was very accommodating and helpful. He was always around and very approachable if we had a question for him.Everything in the condo worked well: the water was plentiful and there was hot water in the bathrooms, the air conditioners worked in all the rooms, the tv worked well although the cable program was very limited and there was very few English programs. The pool area was well-maintained and the water was clean and warm. We appreciated all the communication we had with the owner and hope, someday, we can return for another relaxing stay.

Great view and pool but poor AC and no hot water.

Let me start out with the good things about this condo. The view is amazing! The infinity pool is incredible and we had a blast swimming in it. The condo is decorated very nicely with modern furnishings and it seemed to be very clean. The property is very well maintained and seemed very secure. There were always two or three employees walking around and the driveway has a gate operated by another person. Now for the bad things with the condo. When we arrived, Gil the property manager told us to keep the AC in the main living area set at 21 because it had some problems. We kept the AC at 21. It stopped working and was only blowing hot air. I contacted the owner of the property and she said that she would contact Gil about the problem. He came to the condo and acknowledged that there was a problem with the AC and did not even try to fix it. During our stay the heat index was about 105 degrees and it was miserably hot in the condo. The AC works fine in the bedrooms, but the den and kitchen area were very hot. The second problem was with the hot water. We all took cold showers because there was no hot water. Even after running the shower for 10 minutes it was still cold. The faucet in the hall bathroom didn’t have hot water either. Once again I contacted the owner and told her about the problem. She said that she would contact Gil and have him check it out. He came to the condo and told us that it was working fine. I took a miserably cold 15 minute shower that tells me that it was not working fine. I even turned the temperature control both ways just in case it was installed wrong and it was definitely cold both ways. Overall it is a very nice condo with a few problems that need to be fixed. Looking at the previous review it seems that the condo has the same ongoing issues. I know in that review the owner said that the renter should have contacted her about the problems and she would have gotten them fixed or given them a refund. I did contact the owner, she contacted the property manager and he was unable to fix the same ongoing problems. So what now?
