This loft was absolutely wonderful! It was very clean and welcoming—we walked through the door and immediately felt at home. There were so many thoughtful personal touches, from the first-aid kit and fully stocked kitchen to convenient charging ports.The location was prime, right downtown and within walking distance of so many places to shop, eat, and grab a drink. The loft itself was in a beautifully unique old bank, which added so much character to our stay.The owners were incredibly hospitable and easy to get ahold of whenever we needed anything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the

Doug and his wife were wonderful guests. It was so nice of them to stop by our store to say, “Hi“ and meet them in person. They took great care of the Loft and it was a joy to see them enjoy so many of the amenities our city has to offer.
We hope to see them again!

This, by far, was the best rental where we have stayed . Beautifully designed and equipped for a weekend or longer stay. Well appointed but not to the degree that our family was worried to use the furniture. Roomy, clean, comfortable and well priced. Patti, our host, was easy to contact, incredibly helpful and fantastic to work with. The condominium was decorated with pictures of local history that everyone in the family took time to enjoy.We will look to stay here again for future trips to eastern Iowa.

My husband is an avid biker, enjoying riding his bike in both urban and rural settings. We both enjoy music and shopping and discovering new venues.

Muscatine is a vibrant community with so much to do and see. The history of the town is rich with stories of great people pulling together to create this wonderful town. We love the walking and bike path, just a few steps from our location. We also enjoy eating at the local restaurants and pubs, as well as the great shopping and events downtown.

Located in a 100+year old historic building, that used to be The First National Bank, our loft was fully renovated in 2023 with modern upgrades while preserving the historic feel of the building. The loft features a very old safe door, originally in the Bank, now as a decorative addition to the loft living room. Sit in the comfortable living room and enjoy the views and people watching in downtown Muscatine.
We go above and beyond to stock the loft with all the amenities you might need to make your stay comfortable, and we are always available to help you with anything you might need.
