Awesome experience

We were a group of 7. The property fit us perfectly. Everything was clean. My only complaint as with every place we have stayed is there’s never enough towels. I always buy towels on vacation. But there was a set of towels for each guest when we got there. This is the first place we have stayed that the hot water lasted for everybody to shower no one had to wait for more hot water. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. Not far from the parks we did Disney and universal this year. Didn’t have to contact management at all.

It was clean and had everything in the description. The only problem we had was not enough towels. There was 6 people in our group and only 1 wash cloth in the house. The master suite hand no hand towels and only 2 towels. The guest bath had 4 towels and only 2 hand towels. I would recommend bringing towels. Thankfully we brought beach towels.

Disney Vacay

The location was great and really had no travel problems for any of the parks we went to. The questions about garbage pickup were answered politely and promptly. It really made our stay that much more relaxed.

Disney Fest

I’ve stayed in several villas in or near Orlando. This villa was ideally situated for the Disney Parks and was clean and tidy. We only used the villa as sleeping quarters and, as such, it was cheaper than if we’d stayed in a hotel. Thank you to our providers. We will see you again.

Everything was great. Communication was great. Any questions I had were answered quickly. The property is close to many restaurants. My kids loved the pool. Thank you for wonderful place to stay.

Great time at Disney and Universal Studio

Overall great

Location was great. Pool was perfect for the kids. Safety alarms on doors made me feel great with my 1 year old. Only thing I would advise is to bring a mattress pad beds was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

No frills experience

Very outdated home and decor. Many of the sheets smelled like mildew, beds were uncomfortable walls were dirty. TVs were in the living room and master only. Very basic experience. Alarm on the door to the pool did not have a button outside, so the alarm goes off every time to come inside. Communication with management company was good, they were responsive when called.

Snow White 70th Birthday surprise

Everything was great with a few exceptions which haven’t been addressed or responded to. First there were not enough towels for 7 women. There was not enough paper products : toilet paper/ paper towels, to make it through a day and there were cob webs on both kitchen fixtures. I submitted an email stating these things and never received a response. Am I going to get a response from this?

Mold

We were very disappointed with our stay. Upon entering the house there was an over whelming bleach smell and had to open windows to air out. The master bedroom sheets had what appeared to be hair all over the sheets and appeared like the sheeets weren’t washed. There was stains all over the carpet areas in the bedrooms. Also we believe there was water damage and mold issues. My wife found what looked like mold on the master bath tub. We have been exposed to mold in past and familiar with the issues it causes. My wife felt like she was having difficulty breathing while inside the houses we were there for only 3 days while visiting Disney and didn’t spend much time in the homes I notified the property managers and haven’t earned back in almost 3 weeks. Would not recommend this home or any that are run by company.

It's alright

The home was beautiful along with a private pool. Enough rooms and bathroom to accommodate 7 ppl. They had everything in the house except an iron. They provided a few things to get by trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towel which other places i have rented we always provided our own. Not enough towels, wash cloths, hand towels, for 7 ppl Our stay was for 4 days. When we arrived, the trash bin wheel was already broken, back door to the pool doesn't lock but has extra locking mechanism for security, it does have an alarm which helped. Two broken blinds were left in the dining area as if we did it. Found two geckos in the house. The bedroom next to master br window area was dusty and found poop which we think its from the geckos. Both bathroom was infested with small tiny ants. Looked like they didn't mop the bathroom floors. I stayed in the master room that had a bathroom n i believe they didn't clean the inside of the toilet well. It still smell, i had to buy peoducts to clean myself. These are just our own experiences but overall its a nice place if u can overcome the ants n geckos you'll be fine. To be honest, it is a nice place for that price. Cant beat that!!!!! I just don't do critters n bugs. Would i go back? Yes definitely, only if they do a throughly clean the next time around and call the exterminator. Usually for the cleanliness is not the owner's ordeal its the housekeepers who they hire. I do give these vrbo a couple of chances before i call it quits.

Nice place

Pre register if you can! Gets you in the house easy. Sucks you can’t go in till exactly 4pm though. sucks only one toilet paper roll per bathroom & one paper towel roll. They had dishwasher pods & dawn & garbage bags. We slept in the master & loved the bathroom. The house was spacious & the kitchen & laundry was great for us! We enjoyed the full kitchen & full size washer/dryer. Now the bad… 1. The bed. My husband said it was so hard he barely ever got a good night sleep. It helped my bad back so I was ok with it but it was a very firm hard bed. Didn’t sink in at all. All the reviews mention how hard it is, it’s true. 2. Bugs. Bugs. Bugs. I know it’s Florida but when we came into the house the master bathroom had a big bug in the shower we had to kill. Also the front door has a wide opening on the bottom right by the floor and everyday we had bugs all over the floor. Every single day there was a new one. We stopped picking them up. 3. Cobwebs on all kitchen light fixtures. Spiders crawling. Across the ceiling all down to the dining room table. Walked through so many. 4. They have an alarm system on sliding doors and bathroom door to pool. Cannot be turned off. Have to hold bypass when going out. Every-time you come back in it goes off and it’s sooo LOUD. Cannot bypass it. Isn’t a good design. 5. Pool floor wasn’t very clean. Lots of debris at bottom for a covered pool. Pool items were left by patio table from previous renter. All in all, was nice for what we needed.
