Conveniently located just 5.5 miles from Canton—home to St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton—and 17 miles from Potsdam, where you’ll find Clarkson University and SUNY Potsdam/Crane School of Music, Willow View is the ideal home base for your visit to New York’s North Country.

We are thrilled to share the results of a complete remodel of the kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, and living room. The space now features all-new appliances, custom cabinetry, and thoughtful updates that enhance comfort while preserving the charming character of the original farmhouse.

This beautiful, tastefully decorated home offers stunning skyline views from the eat-in kitchen that are sure to leave you entranced. The kitchen is fully stocked and clearly labeled for your convenience and ease of use.

The dining area seats 10 and features rustic, solid wood spindle-back chairs, perfect for gathering and sharing meals. The front sitting room offers tranquility and is ready for meditation or yoga, complete with mats. The peace you’ll feel here is only matched by the quiet that surrounds you.

Upstairs, climb the charming old staircase to discover a cozy reading nook and thoughtfully themed bedrooms, each designed to suit guests of all ages:

Blue Room exudes vintage luxury vibes.
Galaxy Room inspires wonder—perfect for stargazers, young and old.
Long Room is filled with nature-inspired, old-timey charm—ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle.
Narnia is the brightest of them all, filled with toys to keep younger kids entertained for hours. It also boasts the best night sky views above the back treeline.

Explore miles of hiking trails in the Village of Canton. We're only an hour from the Adirondack Park, where rivers, lakes, and trails provide endless opportunities for hiking, paddling, and exploring. Cool off at Postwood Park on the Raquette River, or head to the Stone Valley Nature Trails for scenic hikes and waterfalls. Bring your kayak or canoe to explore the local waterways.

Fall:
