This lovely ground floor NO Steps to climb apartment in Winter Garden Down Town area is a peaceful retreat for guests on vacation, visiting family, relocating or on a Corporate business trip or just a weekend gate away. The Unit has a cozy bedroom featuring a king bed and an additional Queen mattress for extra guests, this space is perfect for both relaxation and productivity. Fully Furnished with two Tv’s, fast speed Wifi and has as a full kitchen that is equipped with a coffee maker as well as an ESPRESSO machine. The place is conveniently located 2 mins off 429 and just 2 blocks from the cute Winter Garden Down Town that boasts of nice Restaurants and entertainment. The farmers market, a coffee shop, Pizza place and the West Orange Trail are all few blocks away. Its takes less than 10 minutes to ride to Winter Garden Village, Windermere and Ocoee shopping centers on and near Colonial Avenue and most importantly under 30 mins to all Theme Parks, International Drive, The Outlet stores, Conventional Center, ICON, Wekiva Springs, Lake Apopka, SeaWorld, Universal, Aquatica and all Sports Arenas. Orlando health and Advent health hospitals are very close as well. Enjoy the amazing fitness room, and pool during your stay. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our place.

This was the perfect place to stay and relax. Within 20 minutes of everything you could ever need or want to do. The hosts alway responded in a timely fashion with any need. The space was perfect size and had high ceilings to make it feel bigger. I love the outdoor patio where I read books most of the vacation. Gina was very help and would definitely recommend to anyone for a place to stay in Winter Garden. Would love to stay here again! Pool and gym access super easy!

Excellent stay, apt was very clean and comfortable. Too chilly to swim but pool was amazing with comfortable seating all around. Bed was great, one of the top places we have stayed at. Any questions were answered within minutes. We would definitely and highly recommend this place.

This beautiful luxury apartment surpassed our expectations. We needed to contact Gina a couple f times early in our 3-week stay, and she responded within minutes and took care of the issues immediately. I’ve had several back surgeries and am always apprehensive about sleeping on another mattress, but this one was extremely comfortable. My wife cooked several meals and found the kitchen to be well stocked with the most-used pots & pans. It was great to have a full size washer & dryer in the unit, and we also took advantage of the amazing gym in the common area. We can’t say enough about how comfortable the unit is, and how welcome Gina made us feel. Downtown Winter Garden is about 2 minutes away, and also the paved West Orange Trail iwhich is great for walking & biking. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay with her again.

I could never have asked for best guests in my long history of hosting. Jerry and his wife felt like family. Very communicative and pro active guests, very tech savvy too. Respectful, humble, kind and over all easy guests to host. Had a smoke detector issue and we proactively handled it and they were very patient with me as I relocated them to my other unit for the night. I really enjoyed hosting you guys and wouldnt think twice hosting you again whenever you decide to come back to the Orlando area.

We used the washer and dryer in the unit. Did not walk to the nearby shops because we could have if we had wanted to. Lovely unit.

Location was perfect! Close enough to restaurants , grocery stores, amusement parks but not engulfed in the hustle and bustle. Easy highway access. Property was clean and kitchen amenities were not worn out. Property owner was quick to respond to any questions.
