Unidad 521 también ofrece wi-fi gratuito, 3 televisores, DVD, lavadora / secadora. El propietario ha proporcionado sillas y toallas de playa, pero no puede garantizar que estarán disponibles para todas las reservas.

Great location. Easy access to pool and gulf. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Lots of beach towels and beach chairs. We will definitely return to this condo!

Just what we needed .

Condo was even better than pictures showed. Location to beach and pool fantastic. The owner even called to make sure everything was ok and that we senior ladies were having a good time. Loved the week away from the snow.

Sanibel Vacation

This condo is in the right location and is great for families! The pool is nice for older children, but there is no shallow end so smaller children tend to gather at the stairs. The condo had everything we needed and had a great view of the water even being on the first floor. Chairs, umbrella, boogie board and other surf toys were provided which was great. Several coolers were also available. Nice place!

Amazing location!

This unit is great - ground floor access and right by the path to the beach. The condo complex is easy to get through and you don’t have to sit in much traffic due to its location on the island. Everything was in working order and we plan on renting this unit when we come back to Sanibel. Sanibel is a beautiful place! The only caution we have is to watch out for ants by the beach shower. There were ant hills there and they bite!

Loved location

Property was close to the beach and pool. Best location for the price! The apartment wasn’t cleaned well, however the property is really nice overall. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

The condo was clean and in excellent condition. The owner even called on the second day to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Sanibel Spring Break

Easy check in process- great location! We could see the beach from the patio. Love the first floor location! The management was great and very responsive when we had an issue. Everything we needed was there! cons: The tvs were VERY confusing! It would have been helpful to know how to operate them with the three remotes. Even the maintenance man couldn't figure it out. It also would have been helpful to have more information about the property: ie: where the garbage is located. If our friends weren't also renting there and had been there before- we wouldn't have known. Very little information came in our welcome envelope, although we were told all was in there. The previous renters left quite a bit of there sand toys/chairs, etc on the patio and did not clean them out. We brought our own things so we did not use those items- but it was crowded on the patio with all of the extra things. All in all - a great stay and we will definitely be back and hope to rent again next spring!

Great location

Property was as shown. Very close to beach and pool. Clean and maintained. Our only issues where that there were only 2 beach towels for a condo that sleeps 6. We went and bought some only to be told by the management company that they would have rented them to us for $3/week. Would have been great to know that before buying. It should be in their info packet or when they send you everything else. Also the pillows were awful. There were no extra ones (also none for the pull out bed) and the ones they had were literally an inch thick. Would have also been nice to have somewhere to put your suitcase on in the room with 2 twin beds. (like one of those luggage racks in hotel) With 2 adults in there, there was no room for the suitcase. Overall however, we had a lovely time and the property was in an excellent location and roomy enough for our group! We would stay here again!

Nice condo...will return next year.

The condo provides easy access to the beach and a beach view from the lanai. The condo had everything we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the blinds on the master bedroom sliding door. If you have the ceiling fan on, the vertical blinds offer no privacy. People could see inside the bedroom when walking past the unit.

Wonderful weather, great view, nice condo, 100 yards off the beach

I only wish that the condo was made for 2 couples. It is great for a family but we were 2 couples and we ended up with the twin beds and a bathroom with a pedestal sink and little storage. The rest of the place pretty much had everything including a washer and dryer. The traffic on Periwinkle is terrible nearly all day and all night. They need to make it 4 lanes. Going from place to place takes so much time. The beach was great but be sure to bring beach shoes otherwise your feet will get cut up from all the shells. Shelling is great though and we saw dolphins every day.

Great unit

We stayed in a different unit last year. This one fit our needs better. Although not right on the ocean, it is the end unit on the next building over, and thus you have a view of the ocean from the lanai. You can hear the waves at night. It's ground level for easy access to the pool. It is pet friendly. Our dog felt right at home, with the tile floors. All the furnishings are nice, not ratty like some vacation places we have rented. The kitchen is good, with pretty much all the accoutrements necessary to fix meals. All appliances work well. There is room to sleep 6, which is convenient when the relatives come down to visit. Just a couple of easily fixed suggestions. One of the slats in the vertical blind on the sliding door is missing. When we had guests sleeping on the pull out couch, it was a bit creepy knowing that anyone could be looking in on them at night. Also, it would be nice to have some replacement light bulbs available for guests. We stayed 3 weeks and ended up replacing 4 light bulbs without bothering maintenance. No big deal, but it did involve a trip to the store to buy bulbs. Other than that, this is a great unit at a reasonable price. We have already renewed for next January.

Fun In The Sun

We had such a great time and the condo was set up perfect with everything that you would need for your stay. Sanibel Island is such a wonderful place to vacation and this condo made you feel like you were at home. Thank you for allowing others to share your piece of paradise!

We LOVED this property so much we have already booked it for next year. It has everything to make us feel like we are at home away from home. The furniture and beds are extremely comfortable. The place is decorated so beautifully. We wanted to stay longer!! We have been gong to Sanibel for over 20 years and this place was as nice a condo as we have ever seen on the island. It ranks very high with us for the convenient location to the beach and pool. I miss it!!

EXCELLENT CONDO, ABSOLUTE PERFECTION & DOG FRIENDLY BEACH!!!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at this condo. We have been on many beach vacations and I can honestly say that this has been the best beach vacation by far. I'm so glad we stayed here because I think this unit is a great vacation rental at Loggerhead Cay. First of all, the condo is super spacious and because it's on the ground floor, it seemed more like a home rather than a condo. It was so immaculate and clean that I could not believe it was a pet friendly condo. The view of the gulf and the grounds from the living area and master bedroom is just breathtaking. There is plenty of furniture in the living area, so if you are traveling with a larger party there is seating for everyone. The television in the living room is huge and we were pleasantly surprised that we could watch Netflix movies. Everything in this condo was perfect for us. There is even Wi-Fi. The kitchen was well equipped and very large. The beach is about a minute's walk from the condo and the pool is just a few steps. There is a walkway to the beach right outside the condo (very convenient when traveling with dogs) or you can go out the lanai to the beach. Loggerhead Cay is a very nice and well maintained condominium. You get the "resort" feel because of all the amenities. The location of Loggerhead is very close to the grocery store, restaurants and shops. The owners were very helpful in answering all my questions and the check in process was very quick and convenient. I would 100% recommend this unit. We loved it and you will too. We can't wait to go back.

Fantastic

We had never been to Sanibel before this trip. Wow were we surprised. The unit was great. Everything was as stated. Clean as a pin. Furnishings were super nice and tastefully decorated. Had one maintenance problem that was taken care of within 45 minutes of our notifying management. Would defininetly recommend this unit. Owners even called us on Sunday to make sure all was well.

Wonderful Week

We had a fantastic week at the condo. The location is close to the beach and pool and Loggerhead is well kept and located near restaurants and shopping. The condo is clean, updated and has a nice view of the gulf. We certainly plan on returning. Thank you for a great week.

Beauty at the beach

My husband and two young girls (3 1/2 and 1 1/2) just returned from Sanibel Island. This was our first time and everything exceeded expectations. I do not believe there is a better unit at Loggerhead and maybe in the area. First floor walk out to the beach and the pool, could not have been more convenient. The unit was clean, very well appointed and had all the beach essentials (chairs, umbrella, rafts, cooler etc). It was so easy to enjoy our stay. Also, loved that the pull-out couch was super comfortable - that's rare! Owners responded promptly to emails and had great restaurant recommendations. We hope to stay here again next summer!

Great location, Great condo

Had a great stay and LOVED the condo. Excellent location, very well appointed. Perfect location with just steps to the beach. Condo has everything you would need, new furniture, great flat screen TV's in all rooms, very clean. Would absolutely stay again and plan to.

Ground floor location just steps to the beach and pool was BEYOND expectations!

We are usually die hards for an ocean front condo on one of the upper floors. But this time we opted to try the ground floor location. We are converts! Being able to just step out of the lanai and be at the beach or pool in seconds was awesome. No more elevators!! Not only this, but you also get to relax outside with a cold drink, without being limited by the size of the balcony. As for the condo itself, we couldn't fault it. We had a small concern that, being pet friendly, we might find evidence of dogs (hair, smell, etc!) but not at all - it was very clean. An extra bonus was finding tennis racquets and balls - the kids loved an hour on the court early morning before the heat. And, final touch was receiving a call from the owners shortly after arrival to check that everything was in order - much appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend this condo!

Great stay

Unit was as good or better than pictures and write up. We had a wonderful week with the first 5 days low 80s and sunny. Very close to both the beach and the pool. Perfect location, very well equipped, quiet complex. Owners called to check on our arrival. Owners responded very promptly to our minor questions. Highly recommend and will come again in the future.

Terrific condo !!

Beautiful, well furnished property...could hear the waves from the beach....had a small dog and property was very well lit for walking the pet...very close to the beach.....made for short trips to look for shells so easy....well equipped kitchen, good wi-fi, and lanai offered views of the beach. Overall a great place....

Great choice for beach, perfect for dogs

JUst finished our week here and coming back in February. Wonderful location close to beach, and everybody in the complex is dog friendly. Lania has beautiful view of water and for the price, best view we have seen. Nice large TV and room, and owners responded by phone and email with any problems. Only issue is that BBQ is a bit of a walk from the unit, but I would rather be closer to the water than vice versa. Unit includes umbrellas and chairs, and two good pressure showers. Check rates and I think you'll see this one offers best value for ocean view. There are other pool view units in other buildings that wanted 300 to 500 more per week. Pure rip off.

Perfect Choice!!

Great location, beautiful accommodations, and friendly local management company for easy check-in/check-out. Nice ocean view and breeze enjoyed while sitting on the lanai at sunset. Exterior complex including pool and courtyard well-maintained. We look forward to our next visit!
