Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire cabin and all of its amenities during their stay. This includes all indoor and outdoor spaces, the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, laundry area, decks, and everything provided for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The home is yours to enjoy!



The Neighborhood:

Blue Tick Cabin is located in a quiet mountainside setting in Sevierville, surrounded by peaceful woods and beautiful Smoky Mountain views. The neighborhood offers a sense of privacy and calm, making it easy to enjoy the sounds of nature while still being just minutes from Dollywood, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. The roads leading to the cabin are paved with very few turns, providing a comfortable drive up compared to many other mountain cabins. Wildlife is often seen in the area, so keep an eye out for deer, wild turkeys, and other mountain visitors during your stay. This blend of natural beauty and convenient access makes the location perfect for guests who want both seclusion and proximity to the best of the Smokies.



Getting Around:

Blue Tick Cabin is conveniently located in Sevierville, just a short drive from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The roads to the cabin are paved and have very few turns, making the drive more comfortable compared to many other mountain neighborhoods. Once you turn onto Blue Tick Way, the road narrows, but after driving it a couple of times, most guests find it easy to navigate.



A car is recommended for the most convenient access to and from the cabin. Free parking is available at the property, and most vehicles can manage the drive up with care. While Lyft and Uber do operate in the area, availability can be limited, especially in the evenings or late at night, so having your own car is the best option.
