First, the building is very new, which means it follows all the regulations regarding safety and accessibility. Also, it has spacious parking with an electric door. There is a lift from the parking to the apt on the 5th floor. This building has a few tenants, which makes it very calm.
The apartment has a good vibe, is well furnished, and has a big terrace( few in this area); it's a big plus if you want to enjoy the sun or have food outdoors or even tea. It was designed for the privacy you need.
The apt is 2 min walk from the famous Four Seasons Hotel ( Bab Al Bahr), even you can see it from the apt. Also, 2 min walk from the corniche and sports facilities. 4 min walk to the tram station.
The building is easily accessible by car.

This area is the heart and the future of Rabat living. It is 2 min from the ocean featuring a long corniche for sporting activities. It's close distance to the Medina / Kasbah. Close to the Bd Mohamed 5 where the parlement is situated. The tram station is 5 min walk from the apt for easy access to all areas of Rabat ,even you can go to the heart of Sale. Another thing the apartment has easy access from different routes bit I prefer the one from the Corniche : 20 min from the airport and 10 min from the train station. The apt is 2 min walk from the famous Four Seasons Hotel( Bab Al Bahr) for those who like to use luxurious services from the hotel like Spa.
What I like also about this location is there is always shops around 24/ 24 h , cafes , restaurants, local markets.
