Because of our amazing location on the north side of Frisco, we are not shadowed in the afternoon by towering Mt. Royal. Instead, we sit in the warmth & sunshine until late in the day with 360 degree views of Mount Royal, Peak One & Buffalo Mountain and we have the closest access in all of Frisco to the Summit Stage Transit Center which means less transfers to the resorts and direct route access. Our unique location gives guests access to a secret path through the aspens directly from the back yard into a majestic park, perfect for morning walks with the dog, a quick snowshoe, short cuts to Whole Foods, Outer Range Brewery and the Summit Stage Shuttle Center. Bringing the kids? Our park offers a playground AND an ice skating rink (maintained by the town in the wintertime) perfect for those non-skiing afternoons!

Summit High Camp is the ultimate mountain vacation home base for families or multiple couples, perfectly situated in Frisco just minutes from all the 7 top ski resorts by car (Vail, Beaver Creek, Loveland) or a 2 minute walk to the base of the Summit Stage which offer free shuttles that deliver you door to door with Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, A-Basin, Silverthorne and Dillon. Don't want the extra expense and hassle of renting a car and driving in snow? No problem, leave the car at home! The major airport shuttles & Denver bus companies drop off right in our back yard at the Frisco transfer center and the easy walk to our door is only 1/2 a block away. Non-skiiers in the group? We are walking distance to trails, the town bike bath (runs in front of the house), Whole Foods, Safeway, Walmart, Restaurants, Breweries, Dispensaries, Spas, Downtown Frisco shops and Lake Dillon. Inside the home, you'll love our open concept, upper level living. With 3 levels of living, there is a space for everyone in your group to relax and unwind. 3 luxurious bedrooms plus Queen loft/TV room provide private spaces for multiple families and up to 4 couples. Kids love our 3rd floor skylight loft featuring a queen bed, built ins, smart TV, giant bean bags, board games plus a desk space perfect for puzzles and art projects. Adults love the private, comfortable desk space when working remote. Our main living space is an open concept Kitchen-Living-Dining room with abundant counter space, large sectional couch, smart TV, Bose sound bar, custom expandable dining table, window seat & bar seating.

We are pleased to supply our guests with all the essentials to enhance the value and comfort of our home. The property comes stocked with linens and towels, paper products (TP. paper towels. facial tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, air fresheners) and a fully array of kitchen essentials (full spice rack, sharp chef's knives, cooking and serve ware for large groups (Crock pot, Air Fryer, Belgium Waffle Iron, Ninja blender, Microwave, 2 French presses + 2 large auto coffee makers + coffee grinder) plus a variety of cleaning supplies, dish detergent, dish soap & trash bags.
