Steven keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and Rian brings fresh energy to guest check-ins, quick responses, assisting with reservations and questions. Together, we pour our hearts into every aspect of your stay — from the console piano ready for your melodies, to the herb garden waiting for your fresh picks, to the backyard oasis perfect for sunset relaxation. We’re not just hosts; we’re a family team committed to making your time here feel special, seamless, and full of memories.

We chose our peaceful neighborhood in Suisun City (Fairfield area) because it’s the perfect hidden gem — a relaxed, family-friendly haven that feels like the Napa Valley of years ago, without the crowds, high prices, or hustle.
Just a quick 25–40 minute drive to Napa’s iconic wineries, we get the best of both worlds: easy day trips to world-class tastings while returning to a quiet, affordable retreat surrounded by rolling hills, Suisun Valley’s own family-owned vineyards (Petite Sirah heaven!), fresh farm stands, and the scenic marina waterfront. Just 12-15 minutes from Travis Air Force Base — perfect for military families, TDY stays, or PCS relocations. It’s close enough for convenience (plus quick access to San Francisco ~50 min and Sacramento ~45 min), yet far enough to escape tourist traffic and enjoy authentic local charm — think sunset walks by the water, Jelly Belly Factory fun, and uncrowded wine loops where winemakers often pour your glass themselves.
