We loved our Derby weekend here! The house easily accommodated our group of 12 adults (6 couples). Easily location to Uber to/from and some good restaurants in the neighborhood. Everything was clean and well kept- cool property! We will be back

Plenty of room for our party of 12. It is a very old house so you hear every movement but there was ample room to spread out. The decor was great and we had everything we needed. Great location to experience downtown but far enough away to enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Loved our stay and would book again.

Great house, location and host! We had 10 women sharing this house. There was plenty of space for all of us and had no issues sharing the 3 bathrooms to get ready for our day. Five of the six bedrooms were very large. The sixth was smaller, but still comfortable. All the bedrooms had king size beds that were very comfortable.The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes, glasses & utensils. The outside space was small but very nice with the fire pit & hot tub. The house is perfectly located. Everywhere we wanted to go was 15 minutes away or less! Our host was wonderful. We originally rented a different (smaller) house from them, but then changed our reservation to this one. They were super helpful & communicative through that process. They always responded quickly to messages. We were able to get into the house early as some of our group arrived closer to noon. Jay also allowed us a late check out since the house was not rented for the next night.Absolutely spectacular stay. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat.

Our group stayed here for a Bourbon Trail weekend, and the house was perfect for our trip. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to downtown Louisville and the surrounding distilleries.Jay was a great host, responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with from booking through checkout. Everything was exactly as advertised, and the home had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend.Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Louisville. We’d gladly stay here again!
