Esta magnífica playa de arena con spot de surf privado, caja fuerte para la natación, es maravilloso para parejas y familias por igual. EN UNA ESCALA DE 1-10, este lugar es un 15!

LA CASA: Este 6000 pies cuadrados Villa dispone de 6 habitaciones, cada una con baño privado, además de un séptimo baño de visitas. La casa principal consta de dos dormitorios, incluyendo el Maestro; cuatro dormitorios tienen entradas privadas, separadas de la casa principal. Una cocina gourmet, extensa sala de estar con TV vía satélite, cd / dvd, wi-fi y un gran comedor y un bar esperan su llegada.

INSTALACIONES: Esta finca de 1 hectárea cuenta con una gran piscina, jacuzzi azulejos, grandes terrazas de la piscina, hermosos jardines de estilo hawaiano y jardines, mesa de ping pong, mesa de billar, playa de balonvolea y selva parque infantil para niños gimnasio.

Staying at Casa Olsen was a total delight. We were celebrating my husband's 70 birthday with our children and grandchildren. The home is more of an estate. It was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Maria and her crew were wonderful, attending to whatever we needed. The food was delicious and beautifully laid out for each meal. The view was stunning with fairly active whale watching which was fun. The water was perfect for our ages of grandchildren ages 10-15. With innertubes, they rode the waves for hours. The pool, hot-tub, ping-pong and pool tables, along with the beach volleyball left us never needing to leave.Jennifer was wonderful! She was very attentive and helpful. I could tell she wanted it to be perfect for us.We hope to go back. It was a 10 out of 10 vacation!

Villa was perfect for our group - the location, the accomodations and staff, all exceeded our expectations! This villa is as advertised, and is a great venue directly on the beach, and close to San Jose del Cabo and a short ride to Cabo San Lucas. Would return in a heartbeat!

March Birthdays weekend

We had such a great time at Casa Olson! The house is a true “family” house. Very comfortable and not designer with uncomfortable furniture. The super friendly staff took care of every need including preparing all breakfasts and lunches. For a bit extra cost, they prepared dinners too. We are definitely going back!

Fantastic experience

What a great property! The location is the best on this private beach, Home is clean and has everything you could ask for. Maria and her crew were amazing: they allowed us to completely relax and enjoy our stay while taking care cooking, cleaning, etc. Onsite massages available, close to golf, stores, etc. One of our favorite vacations ever, made possible by this great home and staff!!

My friends and I stayed here in May and had an incredible time. Booking and coordinating logistics (airport transfer, boat cruise, and grocery list) with the house manager through VRBO was easy and straightforward. The house is huge and well maintained. House staff have been employed by the homeowners for two decades and are very welcoming and responsive (not to mention great cooks). The location is beautiful and convenient - right on the beach and a short walk to One & Only Palmilla Hotel. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be returning!

Tranquility with friends and family

This was a wonderful experience for everyone in our group. My wife and I have been to the Cabo area many times and this was by far the best trip we have had there. It was the first time for the other 9 people in our party but a perfect introduction to the pace of life and the beauty of San Jose del Cabo. We saw far too many whales to count from our back patio, enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, and the spacious layout of the house afforded everyone the privacy they wanted or needed. Perhaps the best part of the trip was Maria and her husband Hugo. Maria is a fantastic cook and a very thoughtful person. She went far beyond the minimum requirements of her job with cooking, cleaning, and keeping the house in order. She did all of our shopping before we arrived which I highly recommend. As soon as we got there she had fresh guacamole, margaritas, and snacks ready within minutes. Thank you to Maria! Hugo kept the grounds immaculate during our stay. We will be back. The host, Jennifer, was the icing on the cake. We arrived early, were able to check in, and Jennifer answered every question we had. She even went so far as to return a necklace my daughter had accidentally left behind, and would not take payment for sending it back to us. All in all, a great Cabo experience.

Best location, views and staff!!

Our group of 12 adults (6 couples) had the BEST time staying at Casa Olson!! The staff were incredible, especially María who cooked breakfast and lunch for us each day - it was such a treat, and I’m still thinking about those chilaquiles she made for breakfast! The house was immaculately clean each day, as was the 1-acre property. The rooms were all so private and luxurious with their own huge bathrooms and private entries! This was so great for 6 adult couples (friends) who want time together in shared spaces but also privacy as a couple. The beach access was such a treat, and you can walk a long ways in both directions! (The beach/sand is rocky and has a ton of shells, so bring sandals!) There are so many neat shells to find, and tide pools to check out at low tide. We watched the whales breach in the water all day - it was amazing! The pool is huge and has a swim-up bar as well! (We hauled our drink-making ingredients down there, and used the house cooler to fill with ice). The only downside to the pool is that it is DEEP (so you can jump from the balcony above, there’s a gate for it!!) - so bring some pool floats with you. They had a few, but not enough for all of us, and the local stores didn’t have much. This house is close to everything!! Location is perfect, yet still very private. Have Maria arrange massages at the house for you - best massages we’ve ever had!! They brought 4 massage therapists for our group of 12, and set up by the waterfall - wonderful!!

An Incredible Experience

Just book it! It's not just about the property, it's about the people. We chose this property to celebrate a very special family occasion. My dad turned 70 this year and we wanted to do something over the top as a family. It was a little more than we wanted to spend, but it seemed like a great location on a beautiful beach. It's always nice when your expectations are exceeded. All of the rooms are generously sized and well-appointed. We loved the charm of the home and the layout worked well for 3 families including an infant. They even brought in a crib from storage to make our stay more comfortable. We spent most of our time on the expansive main deck with covered areas to hide our white Canadian bodies from the sun. The kids loved the pool and got up the courage to find the "secret" entrance from the top deck into the pool. We walked the beach daily and commented several times how our beachfront was so well protected and swimmable. My son and I snorkeled several times out front. Some days were average but on a couple of occasions it was clear and there were tons of fish to see followed a sea turtle for a while (If you are a snorkeler, check out Santa Maria Beach). The plapa near the beach is a great place for morning journaling and meditation. Or... coordinate a beachside massage while listening to the waves. Incredibly, the beach was NEVER busy. We felt like we had our own private beach. What made our trip special was the incredible service from Maria, Ugo, and Cecilia. Originally, I stupidly tried to negotiate the service out of the deal (you can't, and you don't want to). The days felt so much longer when you didn't have to cook and clean up after breakfast and lunch. I'm pretty sure Maria was disgusted by the amount of Guacamole and Pico de Gallo we were able to consume! But she never mentioned it and just made us more. Maria and Ugo were so good at anticipating our needs. I bought a case of beer at the store and then looked at my brother and said, "I guess I should have put the beer in the fridge." My brother said, "check out the cooler, Ugo already has it on ice for us". Cheers Ugo! Beds were made, rooms were cleaned, towels were folded, laundry was done. Fishing trips were booked, pizza was ordered (in Spanish), massages scheduled on the beach, groceries we didn't know we needed were purchased! IT WAS AMAZING! I would highly recommend this property! Thanks for a great experience!

We stayed at Casa Olson for 5 days in early January to celebrate my daughter's 25th bday with some of her friends. Jennifer was great with communication and so helpful. We enjoyed all Casa Olson offered including Maria and Hugo's meals, being poolside, swimming in the ocean, playing volleyball, ping pong and pool, stocked coolers and always a dry towel waiting for you. Maria's cooking is delicious. Our last night Maria made us lobster dinner and Hugo set up a bonfire. They could not have been kinder or more helpful. Having Maria do most of the shopping beforehand lets you start your vacation the second you arrive! The house opens right to the beach which felt safe and was virtually empty. And the whale watching from the house was an unexpected delight. We used the suggested transportation for the entire week. A couple of updates from past reviews: Bed linens and towels are updated, comfy and like new. You can easily connect to their Sonos indoor/outdoor sound system. The beach was swimmable with a drop off about 10 feet in that at times created an undertow depending on the waves. We can't wait to come back!

Spectacular!

What a trip! We travel to Cabo pretty frequently and absolutely loved this place! The beach was absolutely beautiful and the staff could not have been better! We had a blast playing ping pong, shooting pool and swimming in the pool and, of course, hanging out on the beach. We will definetely be back!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Exceeded expectations!

Our group enjoyed every aspect of Casa Olson - the grounds and house are extremely well maintained, the house is well designed to facilitate large groups (we were 6 couples, plus a few toddlers). The parents in the group particularly appreciated the play-structure and gating around the upper deck to create a barrier from the stairs and larger pool area. We loved watching the whales throughout the day and using the beach volleyball courts and pool table. Can't wait for our next trip.

Casa Olson is perfection times 10!

Our stay at Casa Olson was much more than we expected - it was the ultimate luxury vacation at an amazing house, in a beautiful location, with an amazing staff. The location is beyond compare with beautiful sunrises/sunsets and frequent whale shows off the coast! The spacious house meets every need and the food prepared by the staff was amazing! Amazing in every way!

Between Christmas and New Year each year our family books a vacation property with the hopes of gathering all who can come, to relax and unwind, and be a bit pampered. We could not have chosen a better fit in Casa Olson. The home and grounds are immaculate, joining true Mexican architecture with beautiful grounds and pool, and oh yes, a sandy white beach right in front! This was our first time not staying at a resort and our parents' 50th. wedding anniversary vowel renewal. The staff stayed late that night and helped with anything we needed as well as cooked (grilled) fajitas that were out of this world. BIG SUGGESTION when you rent the house send Maria to the store before you arrive and take Jennifer's suggestion on the dollar amount. We thought we could shop cheaper, but we did not, plus the time involved. We expected 2 staff members and were surprised by 4, we wish we would have made arrangements for a bartender for part of the time. The Size of the house was perfect we were never crowded nor did the house look empty. The common areas were large enough and open enough to fit all 12 of us easily however when you went to your bedroom & bathroom it was like going to a hotel, the rooms are all so private. There is nothing small about Casa Olson, including the multiple steps you have to climb up and down to the beach, or even just to the pool, I did not get from the pictures this property is 2 levels at entry and 4 levels at the back. Of course, the staff brought our luggage down from the top level to the house, but there were still a lot of steps if you went to town or if you went to the beach. Yes, the property is showing some wear IE: bath towels need to be updated, bedding needs to be updated. Yet the staff keeps everything so clean and tight you forget they are worn. One area short in our experience, the house (property) is not handicapped acceptable. We had 2 Great-Aunts with us that need help IE: ramps & grab bars we did go to Home Depot and get a grab bar for the shower. I am not sure if the tide changes depending on the time of year, for us only 1 was brave enough to go out into the water from the beach. The current was very strong and the wave large. Working with Jennifer on the reservation and until we traveled was very easy, she was always so helpful. THANK YOU JENNIFER! With all said the good and the not so good, the staff makes it all worth it. We had a great time and loved it! Every AM a group of us would get up early and go outside on the terrace and watch the sunrise...... they were AMAZING. You might see part of our family again with other family members. We had the most incredible stay at Casa Olson. The staff was friendly, efficient and thorough. The location is unbelievable. Maria and her staff were discreet and the food was delicious. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. Five stars for sure!

You recommended Armando for trans. What an experience! We contracted their services for the week. Had private like trans door to door service to and from our choice in Cabo - even waited at our destinations. Couldn’t have been more enjoyable!!! My only comment would be that the house is “showing it’s age” Hey - but that’s not too bad - I’m 85 and still going strong 😉 Best personal regards Bruce Johnson and his “gang”
