IMPORTANT NOTE: There are neighbors in the vicinity! As our unit is in an apartment complex, guests should expect a certain level of activity in the neighborhood. Additionally, neighbors' units are close to each other and at least 1 unit is right next door to the listed apartment unit. While our apartment itself is exclusively private, some guests may find the presence of neighbors and outside activity unsettling. Kindly make your travel decision with this in mind.

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. In case your preferred dates are already taken, or you are traveling in a larger group, please message us directly and we can see if we have other listings available for your preferred dates. Your access code is unique to you and the identified guests in your party only and is valid from check-in 4:00 pm local time to check-out 11:00 am local time, 24 hours a day during your stay. Access is removed promptly at check-out time unless communication has been received, you’re running late during the check-out process to prevent a lock out. We honor a 30-minute grace period before incurring late checkout penalties with communication.

- Upon reservation confirmation, you will receive all details regarding how to arrive, our safety and security procedures, and any further communication will be sent via the message center only to the account that made the reservation.

- If any problems arise, we will do our best to act ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Please be sure to reach out directly to us so we may resolve any issue should one arise. Please only send messages via the message center. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival.

To ensure access, a pet fee of $20 per pet, per night, and an additional guest fee of $25 per guest, per night, are required before check-in. Delayed check-in may result from not paying the pet fee or extra guest fee in advance. Bringing pets without authorization will result in a $250 fee, while unauthorized guests will be charged $50 per guest per night.

If you require additional bedding, linens, blankets, or towels, kindly inform us beforehand. A nominal fee is charged for this service. If the number of guests in your reservation exceeds two, please specify your preferred sleeping arrangements. Your comfort is our utmost priority.
