This top-floor penthouse suite—tucked on the end of the complex for maximum privacy—offers breathtaking panoramic views, a wraparound deck just steps from Lake Osoyoos, and direct access to a private dock, pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Whether you're here for wine tasting, family fun, lake adventures, or a romantic reset, this space is the perfect landing spot for it all.

Inside, the unit sleeps six comfortably, with a king bed in the primary bedroom and a twin + full combo in the second. The spacious living room has room to stretch out or accommodate extra sleeping arrangements. You'll find two full bathrooms, including a luxurious two-person steam shower, and a full kitchen with everything you need to cook, entertain, or just enjoy a morning coffee with lake views.

Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV, or disconnect and enjoy the included beach towels, board games, puzzles, and local guidebook to help you explore. Property is on the lake although Lakeshore Drive is between you and the lake. It has a nice balcony that receives a good amount of sunshine during the day.Kitchen is very well equipped and a good size. All in all , we enjoyed ourselves at this property

Excellent location!

We thoroughly enjoyed the suite, the lake and the pool. Everything we needed was right there. We would definitely stay there again.

After 20 years, we still love returning to Osoyoos. This was our first time on this side of the lake, and from this lovely location, we discovered new places! With an inspiring view, no matter the weather, we were poised to explore, grill, read, and puzzle in a restorative location. With one minor blip with the dryer, the homeowners were on the issue and wha-laa. The dryer belt was easily replaced. Don't miss the Saturday-only Radio Astrophysical Observatory tour. Talk about a hidden gem. The Barn Owl was a delicious and easy new find. If you're a bird enthusiast (or wanna be), this is a great perch for keeping your binoculars handy. We're glad we had ours. We even had a bird's nest with 2 baby birds next to our car. Afternoon walks to the local winery were lovely as well. I just can't say enough wonderful things about our stay, the ease and relaxation, all across the street from the Osoyoos Lake Front. Cheers, mates.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The living area was very spacious and the patio was wonderful. Every day we would have breakfast on the large patio overlooking the lake. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful view of the lake as well. It was nice to have the pool and the dock in from of the property as swimming options. Nicely furnished and comfortable.

A great place for family!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and convenience of a lovely property just steps from the shade trees and sand beaches. The condo is well equipped with most everything you could need and within walking distance of great restaurants and lake toy rental shops.

The views from this property are awesome. We spent lots of time on the expansive deck in the evening enjoying wine. The condo is very well stocked with lots of dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils and cleaning supplies. We loved spending time in the pool after mornings of golf. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had.

We had a wonderful holida...

We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely condo through the Labour Day weekend 2007. It is definetly as advertised and the whole area was a delight. We loved both Burrowing Owl and Nkmip for fabulous dining experiences.

Great view, location and a nice house

We stayed here for a week and the place is great and comfortable. It has a nice view of the lake just steps away from the lake. The house has a lot of space and has all kitchen stuff you need so no need to bring anything. The check-in and check-out was very easy and the building has a nice pool and hot tub. The owner was very helpful and easily accessible.
