The Space:
Welcome to ultimate lake vacation on the shore of Cayuga lake. Blue Heron Lodge features a combination of modern amenities with the classic Adirondack style vacation home. Bring your boat with access to a powered boat lift and dock or enjoy the provided kayak, canoe, and row boat. The main floor features a luxury kitchen, dining and living space, along with two bedrooms and a half bathroom. There are two separate semi-private open loft bedrooms upstairs one of which has an attached bathroom. In the basement you’ll find an additional living room, full bathroom, and gym equipment. Outside enjoy a large deck and screened in porch overlooking the water. There is a back lawn directly off the deck in addition to the 150’ of private lake frontage. Access the lake via stairs from the backyard (52 stairs is appx 3.5 flights of steps). Bring your electric vehicle and utilize our level 2 EV charger. Note if you’re bringing a boat it will need to be launched from a public marina as there is no vehicle access to water on property.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located on the West side of Cayuga lake within a few miles of notable wineries such as Thirsty Owl, Cayuga Ridge, and Six Eighty Cellars. Drive to Downtown Ithaca or Cornell University in 35 minutes, Watkins Glen is also 35 minutes away.

Getting Around:
Parking for up to 6 vehicles. Due to the rural nature of the home Uber/Lyft access is limited. During the winter four-wheel drive is highly recommended.

Other Things to Note:
Professionally managed with 24/7 emergency maintenance available. Note that two of the bedroom are open style lofts. Security cameras: exterior security cameras cover the driveway and backyard of the property.
