★Welcome to the MOST INCREDIBLE 1 bedroom CONDO in Cabo San Lucas!
This gorgeous, HUGE condo is on the marina facing the largest yachts docked and coming/going! It’s so cool to be located on the best part of the marina. Watch the partying on the multi-million-dollar yachts, tourist visiting the restaurants and small bars, a few shops, all in the quieter part of the marina. ★Watch everyone lallygag down the Malecon sidewalk morning, day and evenings, it’s sooooo coooool/fuuunnnnnnn!
★The terrace is super large, especially compared to all other Tesoro condo terraces. It has a really nice soaking/hot tub, as well. Enjoy your glasses of wine, cocktails or beers soaking in the tub. There's 2 bathrooms with showers and the master bathroom is eclectically designed and decorated and both with the essential amenities.
★There's nothing quaint about this retreat. To the contrary, it's size, openness, tall ceilings, tons of space, huge terrace and awesome views are the best!!
★The living area of the condo is very large/spacious! Comfortably set for 6-8 people to have a great time, in Cabo!
★TV has all the sports, fights, games, movies, you name it, you can watch it!
★Entertain your friends here, and they’ll ALL be jealous of your accommodations!
★It will make you feel right at home during your stay in Cabo San Lucas.
★Cabo Wabo 3 minutes away, Squid Roe and Mandala 5 mins walk. 40-50 restaurants and bars within 10 mins! I mean everything is super close!
★NO NEED for a vehicle! …but if you’d like to do a day trip we rents vehicles. San Jose, Todos Santos, LaPaz or the beaches anywhere in between, we can easily set you up with a vehicle! 1 day, 24 hours, a couple/few days, so easy!
Need any help with anything, Todd Hochstedler has lived here 23+ years and the 10 previous years he was a tourist 23 times in those 10 year, 1992-2002. He’s a real estate broker for over 20 years, in Los Cabos. Distinctive Homes of Los Cabos. He used to own 3 fishing charter boats CaboFishDogs and will help with sportfishing and panga fishing. If you’d like to fish? Are you a pickleballer? CaboPickleballCourts if you’re into pickleball! We can/will help you in most everything aspect of your vacation.
My condo is new to the vacation rental market so there’s no reviews. So sorry, but believe me, once you stay, you’ll be “hooked”!
