The inviting bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, while the stylish living room includes a cozy queen sofa bed, perfect for additional guests.
The condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, smart TVs, and a range of amenities designed to make your stay convenient and enjoyable. Step outside to the screened-in balcony, where you can savor your morning coffee or unwind in the tranquil setting during the evening.
Guests have access to refreshing community pools, providing a perfect way to relax and cool off. The location is exceptionally convenient—centrally situated near the airport, premier golf courses, and a diverse selection of shopping and dining venues. Beach access is just a short drive away, along with popular attractions such as Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing.

Important Information:
• Maximum occupancy is 4 people. NO PETS/NO SMOKING/NO PARTIES or EVENTS.
• A maximum of 2 parking spaces is allocated for this property. Renters must ensure the parking hang tag is clearly visible in their vehicle for the duration of their stay. Renters cannot have motorcycles or trailers on the property.
• Any lost pool access bands or parking hang tags will result in a $75.00 replacement fee payable by the renter.
• To enter the condo, you will need to walk up two flights of stairs. There is not an elevator for this property.
• Our condo is in a lively neighborhood with families nearby and in other units of the building. You may occasionally hear noise from other units throughout the day.
• Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Please refer to the welcome binder to be aware of all house/community rules.
• No dumping of trash or garbage illegally. Please dispose of trash in the dumpsters located between buildings 3 & 4.
• Renters are asked to report any damage and/or breakages immediately. Report any issues or concerns within 24 hours of check-in or we understand that the condition of the condo is satisfactory for your stay.
• Be advised that we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay unless it is a cause for concern. When necessary, renter must allow access to the property to address and fix any reported problems. Our team or authorized professionals will arrange to enter the property at a mutually convenient time. If renter refuses access for repairs or maintenance, it will be assumed the guest is satisfied with the current condition of the property.
• Cleaning Services/Housekeeping is NOT provided during your stay. Should any renter untidiness result in additional cleaning fees to the owner, those additional fees will be passed on to the renter.
• No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/mother nature/neighbors or neighborhood activities, or other things that are beyond our control.
• If there is a tropical storm/hurricane, no refunds will be given unless the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in Myrtle Beach Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning Area “Zone C”. A refund will be issued for any unused portion of your stay resulting from a “Zone C” mandatory evacuation.
• Renter understands and accepts that the property is protected by a doorbell camera. There are NO cameras inside the condo.
