Check-in: after 4:00 PM, via the lockbox in the lower lobby. An earlier check-in can sometimes be arranged but is not guaranteed - please contact us around 1:00 PM on the day of arrival to check. Luggage drop-off is available at Security for $5 per piece (rate subject to change; please confirm with security).
Check-out: before 11:00 AM. Please leave ALL keys in the designated lockboxes, with the parking FOB hanging on the unit A kitchen wall.
Parking: Waikiki is crowded and parking is expensive. In-building parking is operated by another company at about $45/day, cash only. We rent one garage parking stall in the next building (about a 3-minute walk), free of charge for our guests.
Check-out cleaning: The cleaning fee covers professional cleaning and sanitization of the unit, professional laundering of linens and towels, and restocking of amenities after each departure. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
Linens and towels: We provide one set of towels per guest (bath towel, beach towel, wash towel, and hand towel). Beds are made up with a fitted sheet and a quilt.
As in any bustling destination, you may occasionally hear the sounds of busy streets and city life. Noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay, and noise-canceling headphones are useful if you have online meetings or need a quieter environment.

Other things to note: We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the property or in any area not designated for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the premises.

Waikiki - one of the world's most famous beach destinations, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all close by.
Getting Around:
1) Driving: from HNL airport, take exit 23 of I-H-1-E for Punahou St, turn right onto S Beretania St, left onto Kalakaua Ave, left onto Pa'u St, left onto Ala Wai Blvd, then left onto Niu St.
2) Bus: from HNL airport, take bus 20 from the upper level (Interisland Terminal) and exit at the "Ala Moana Bl + Kalia Rd" stop - about a 5-minute walk to the building.
3) On foot: walk to the beach and the shopping center. The bus stop is only 2 minutes away, and Biki (shared bikes) is available nearby.
