Heated Pool! Family-friendly House with Coffee Bar

Perfect family get-away home on a quiet street. Two bedrooms boast a queen size bed & smart TV. The third bedroom has 4 single beds: a bunk bed, day bed and pull-out trundle. The large in-ground pool is the perfect way to beat the OK summer heat; complete with pool toys and life jackets. For the cooler months, the pool can be heated for an additional charge. Features a stocked coffee bar, hi-speed Wi-Fi, pack-n-play, and games, books, and movies for everyone!

POOL UPDATE (10/15/25): The pool will be closed for the winter on Oct 27. The pool will open back up in Mar/Apr 2026.

The pool heater is available for an additional fee of $35 per day (including the day prior to check-in and day of check-out). The fee needs to be paid prior to us turning on the pool heater. It takes about 24 hours to warm up the pool, so we will need advanced notice that you would like to use it. This fee helps offset the cost of the natural gas to heat the pool. There is no additional charge to use the pool as-is.

There are only beds for up to 8 people (2 queen beds and 4 single beds). Except for children under the age of 2, there is an additional $20 per person, per night charge for having more than 8 guests stay at the house, up to 12 total. For more than 12 guests, it will be an additional $50 per person, per night. There is a couch and lots of floor space, but there are no air mattresses, etc. Extra sheets, pillows blankets, towels, etc., are not provided for additional guests.

We have the ability to rearrange the house to create an additional fourth, semi-private "bedroom" using paneled dividers in the dining room for an additional one-time rearranging fee of $50. Contact us for more information and pictures.

For longer reservations, we also offer the option to clean the house for you during your stay. Our cleaning team has two services available:
-Bedrooms and Bathrooms - $60 (~2 hours)
-Full Clean - $100 (~4 hours)
If you would like to have either of these services, or to find out what's included, contact us. We prefer that you leave the house while the cleaning team is there.

Recurring services at the house (no one will enter the house):

When the pool is open, Oakwood Pool & Spa comes out on Thursday or Friday for weekly pool maintenance and cleaning. I unfortunately do not get advanced notice when they are on their way. Depending on what the pool needs, there may be a 3-hour wait to enter the pool once they leave. If that is required, they should let you know, but I do not have any control over it.

Culligan of Enid comes once every two months to replace the salt for the water softener. They will enter the garage, but not the house.
