¡Una hermosa casa, para toda la familia! Bien equipado, 3 habitaciones (la cuarta habitación es una sala de estar adicional con un sofá desplegable), ubicado en un tranquilo paisaje lleno de árboles. Amplio, cómodo y muy bien equipado. A 350 m de la playa, a 1. 4 km de las cafeterías y tiendas Blairgowrie y a 2. 4 km del muelle de centeno.

Plan abierto y confortable salón. Fabulosa chimenea de leña, con leña suministrada en invierno.

Cocina totalmente equipada.

Aire acondicionado de sistema dividido en el salón y ventiladores de techo para el verano y una chimenea para acogedoras noches de invierno.

3 dormitorios más un segundo salón: tiene capacidad para un máximo de 9 personas.
¥ Dormitorio principal - Cama Queen Size
¥ Segunda habitación: cama de matrimonio.
¥ El tercer dormitorio tiene una litera y una cama individual..

Fantastic house - wonderful deck area spent most of our time there. Owners excellent to deal with. Huge fridge, kitchen well supplied with everything you need. Great location walking distance - we will definitely book again! Thankyou for a memorable family Christmas!

Lovely home with sunny deck

The home was very comfortable and well equipped. Beds were super comfy and bathrooms recently renovated. The deck is a great space for dining and relaxing in the egg chairs. The walk to Blairgowrie shops is a decent length so wear your walking shoes. Overall I would recommend and would stay again.

Perfect home in great location

We spent our family Christmas at this wonderful house and we were so happy we chose Mandi's house. The layout was great, heaps of space, beautiful garden and all the amenities that you would need including lots of extras like board games etc that were great for a family stay. We would definitely be keen to stay here again

Great location!

The property was in a great spot and good for my family with small infants. We would have preferred not to bring our linen for the cost of the stay. The rooms were of a great size too.

Lovely spacious house

Very big and spacious house in Rye, walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the local shops and food precincts. Rooms and yards were great. Did need to bring own bedding and towels which I’d imagine could be a hassle if travelling from interstate, but we had just driven down from the other side of Melbourne so was easy enough. We had two children under, there were no children’s cups or plates in the house so make sure you bring those with you as well if needed. Would recommend :)

Tranquil property

Our stay was most enjoyable, located easy walking distance to both Beach & nice coffee spot. Plenty of space to relax in & very comfortable rooms Back yard needs a tidy up & weeded but didn’t spoil our stay at all Thank you for sharing your property

Beautiful place!

We were so surprised when we got there, the house is so beautiful and the pictures don’t really show that! Mandy is a very good host and helped us with anything we needed. It’s very close to the beach and we would go for walks every morning and evening. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, so you can have a very good sleep too. It was all very clean and they have all the appliances in ou may need. I will definitely go back there for another holiday!

Close to Blairgowrie beach and shops

Stay here with two families of four, and it was perfect.. Heaps of space for the young kids to get around, awesome new kitchen with heaps to cool with and 2 new bathrooms, It was perfect It was also really handy to be so close to the front beach and the Blairgowrie shops are walking distance away

Family holiday

We very much enjoyed our 7 night stay in this beautifully renovated spacious property, which is ideal for a large family vacation. It is very well looked after and in a great location, would recommend highly.

Wonderful beach stay

The house is beautifully renovated. With a great decking front or back depending on the suns position. Kitchen and bathrooms all brand new which makes it so easy. A short stroll to Blairgowrie Village for a morning coffee and only 300m from front beach. Everything you need all on your doorstep!

It has it all!

A beautiful property in a great location. It’s a short walk to the beach - very doable with kids and beach equipment! The house is modern, well appointed and spacious. What a lovely back deck with the most relaxing swing chairs! Beautiful and unique artwork throughout the house. Definitely looking forward to returning for another stay. Mandy was responsive and happy to answer any questions.

Lovely Beach Stay

A lovely "updated" property with a perfect 'Rye beach house' atmosphere. Kitchen is very well equipped with several outdoor areas for eating & entertaining. Great location to beach, shops, cafes and kids enjoyed having their own TV/gaming room too. Would definitely book again. Thank you Mandy for sharing your property with us.

Superb Beach House

We had a highly enjoyable 10 night stay. The property is wonderfully setup for a family break. The house is bright and spacious with the highlights being the open plan kitchen/living room and two alfresco dining areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms were again spacious and with modern fittings. The location is ideal only being 350m to the front beach, a short jog to the back beach and a 15 minute walk to the Blairgowrie shops. The communication from Mandy was exemplary. We'd love to stay again in the future.

Relaxing family holiday in a great location.

What a gorgeous and well appointed property. The beds were all extremely comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need, including a coffee machine, books to read and relaxing chairs to sit in. The front garden had a beautiful deck to sit on and enjoy the sunshine, and the beach is a short 5 minute walk. The house is 2kms from Blairgrowrie shops and 2kms from Rye shops. Mandy was an absolute dream to deal with and we had the most relaxing time away in the house. Thank you x

Home from home

Home has a really warm family vibe and resembles a true beach house (which we love) compared to many of the newer/modern properties available. Kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay including coffee machine and home is perfectly located between Blairgowrie and Rye (walking distance to both) with Rosebud an easy 14km round trip for runners if you’re inclined. It’s great for entertaining family/friends that may be also be around and is super quiet and secure. No WiFi but hot spotting off phone (particularly Telstra) works well. 2nd time our family has stayed here and we love it.

Great location, great property!

Everything was easy from beginning to end! Any questions about the property were quickly answered and the property itself was very user friendly! Short walk to the beach! Would highly recommend!
