With less than a minute's walk from the Indian Ocean & direct access to the beach without crossing a road, this location is ideal for a perfect beach vacation with the whole family & friends. The popular Kuza Caves are only 10 min drive away, Mtende Beach- the most beautiful bay on the island only 20 min, the Blue Lagoon- snorkeling paradise with huge colorful starfish only 20 min & the Jozani Forest just 30 min drive.

This stylish and modern Beach house is the ideal Gateway for big groups of Families and Friends who want to stay very close to the beach.

Each of the two 2-Bedroom Apartments in this House are separate and private, meaning you will have the entire place for yourself.

~Bedrooms~
There are 4 Bedrooms in total, each with comfortable Queen-size beds that can accommodate up to 2 people (8 people in total).

The two Bedrooms on the ground floor come with a spacious shared Bathroom, while the two Master bedrooms upstairs each have their own private en-suite Bathrooms.

~Lounge/ Living Area~
Each Apartment has its own living area, socially connected to the kitchen and dining area. We provide free Wi-Fi and a selection of Books and Card Games to keep everyone entertained!

~Kitchen~
Each Apartment has its own kitchen, adding to the convenience and comfort for big travel groups of family or friends. The fully equipped kitchens invite you to cook yourselves and provide a gas stove, fridge/freezer, Mixer & Smoothie Maker, Kettle, French Press & Espresso Cooker, kitchen utensils and a variety of spices. In addition we provide fresh fruits, coffee, tee & drinking water on arrival.

Q. Are there restaurants and bars nearby?
A. There are a selection of wonderful beach bars & restaurants serving local and international dishes, just a short walk along the beautiful beach.
Kupaga Villas boutique hotel is right in front of our house, and serves delicious fresh fish & seafood, New Teddy´s on the beach is a very popular and child friendly restaurant only a 10 min walk along the beach.
For more restaurants, bars and night life there is Paje- just a ten minutes drive away.

Q. Are there Shops and Supermarkets nearby?
A. There are a few local supermarkets and shops within one minute walking distance. You can basically find everything you need in our neighborhood such as fresh vegetables, fruits, bread, eggs, drinks, shampoo etc. The most popular one is the Masai shop, which is just a minute walk from our house. For larger supermarkets that sell imported goods and liquors you need to drive to Paje- 10 minutes drive.

Q. Is the area safe?
A. The island of Sansibar is generally very safe, making it a popular destination for tourists.

Q. What is the best way getting around on the island?
A. There is a good network of Taxi‘s that operate on the island, which can either be flagged down or booked over the phone. However, we highly recommend renting a car which gives you more flexibility to discover all the hidden gems on the island and is more cheaper then using a taxi transport service for all your activities. If you prefer to rent a car, we are able to facilitate this for you.

~Other~
Kindly bear in mind that Zanzibar is a developing island, which means that we sometimes deal with power cuts or weak Wi-Fi speed. We do our ultimate best to minimize this, but would like to make you aware that it is out of our control and unavoidable sometimes.
